Make ideas searchable by ID number on the Web Portal As an end user, it would be useful to have an ID number assigned to every suggestion that I can reference in a search query rather than rely on keyword search results in the title of the suggestion

Native Integration with Zoom I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.
There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.
Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how…

Contributor entered Feedback should count as a vote When I enter a user's feedback using the sidebar and link it to an existing suggestion I want it to count as a Vote for the suggestion linked to otherwise the feedback manager reviewing support for a suggestion is unlikely to spot that these users also have an interest in it (as the feedback is hidden away in the list of activity for the suggestion rather than the count of supporting users.

This is currently how this feature works; when feedback is provided by a contributor on behalf of a user, that user is counted as a voter for the idea. If this is not how it is working for you, please let us know and we can investigate it.

Allow for automatic archiving based on set rules I'd like the ability to set rules for age of an idea + number of votes to automatically archive to a private forum. Such as, anything older than 4 years with less than 4 votes gets sent to an Archive forum so we have the information, if needed, but don't have to manually do the maintenance work.

Change the title of the internal roadmap As admin, i'd like the feature to alter the title of the roadmap. Right now the only option is Company Name Internal Roadmap. We'd like an ability to change this title,

Be able to customize wording and flow for collecting consent Companies want to be able to customize the wording and flow for collecting consent to better align with internal requirements for GDPR.

Make timestamps optional for date custom fields Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.

See which internal member will be notified for internal status When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

Add custom User & Accounts fields to the NPS export You can pass in custom fields for user and accounts, but when exporting NPS ratings, only standard User and Account fields are included. It would be ideal for the custom user and account fields to also be included.

Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.
If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

Allow agent to Change email address Zendesk Sidebar It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.
While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.

Edit customer requests in the sidebar I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.
Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

Add support for SAML single logout When a user logs out of UserVoice, log them out of the identity provider as well.

Ability to link Customer Feedback Directly to Features Once you have a feature that you are considering, it would be helpful to be able to link feedback that is specifically about that feature directly to it, rather than having to find an intermediary idea first.
