  1. Allow for automatic archiving based on set rules

    I'd like the ability to set rules for age of an idea + number of votes to automatically archive to a private forum. Such as, anything older than 4 years with less than 4 votes gets sent to an Archive forum so we have the information, if needed, but don't have to manually do the maintenance work.

  2. Change the title of the internal roadmap

    As admin, i'd like the feature to alter the title of the roadmap. Right now the only option is Company Name Internal Roadmap. We'd like an ability to change this title,

  3. View history of status emails and notifications sent to users

    Currently there is no ability to see a history of the emails/notifications that have been sent from UserVoice. If I am needing to go back and see if a certain user received an update email, I have no way of doing that from within the UI.

  5. Make timestamps optional for date custom fields

    Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.

  6. Ideas visible to Administrators and Contributors only

    Allow suggestions that are not visible by the entire public, but live in a public forum. For example, if a large partner is requesting a feature that would only be available as part of a custom agreement, and the functionality would not be for public use. It's possible to enter this idea in a seperate private forum, but would be easier to just flag the idea itself as internal only.

  7. See which internal member will be notified for internal status

    When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

  8. Add custom User & Accounts fields to the NPS export

    You can pass in custom fields for user and accounts, but when exporting NPS ratings, only standard User and Account fields are included. It would be ideal for the custom user and account fields to also be included.

  9. Sort forums consistently in admin console, web portal, and settings

    In the suggestion setting of the admin console, forums are ordered by the number of suggestions in each forum with public forums grouped at the top of the list. On the web portal and in the admin console settings, forums are shown in alphabetical order. It would be helpful to have this order be consistent in all 3 places, or let admins choose their own order.

    You'll soon be able to manually order Forums and Categories according to your preferences, and they'll be shown the same way, whether in settings, filters, the portal, the extension, or admin console.

  10. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  11. Allow agent to Change email address Zendesk Sidebar

    It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

  12. Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget

    When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.

    While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.

  13. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  14. If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page

    If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

  17. Ability to link Customer Feedback Directly to Features

    Once you have a feature that you are considering, it would be helpful to be able to link feedback that is specifically about that feature directly to it, rather than having to find an intermediary idea first.

  20. Be able to remove status history on an idea

    Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."

    Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.

    Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.
