Login Analytics Ability to know what % of team members and end users are in UserVoice at a given cadence.

Set comment notifications based on number of comments Allow admins (or users) to setting limits such as send a notification when an idea gets more than 5 comments.

Update the total amount of subscribers who will recieve a notification of a status update when you change subscription status On a suggestion with supporting users, if you click to update the status we will show a number X, "Email X subscribers".
If you click into a user's request (who is not subscribed) and click the checkbox to make them a subscriber/receive notifications, the number X will not change as expected.

Total Number on web portal should show open and closed Currently the total number showed only shows the open ideas. End-user should know the total number of ideas submitted (open + closed)

Show accounts for NPS score Slack notification Show the account(s) a user belongs to in the Slack notification for a new NPS rating

Ability to collapse public status history on webportal End users have the option to see the public status history but once opened, cannot collapse it back,

Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

Show My Requests In the contributor allow the sidebar user to see a list of all of their current requests.

In particular, the “My Activity” feed enables team members to see all feedback they’ve captured and the customers they’ve captured in on behalf of.

Translate web portal site-text If you are able to translate user generated ideas and comments, you should be able to automatically translate the site-text of the web portal.

Report on response rate for NPS It would be helpful to know how many users were prompted with the NPS survey during a given time frame vs. how many ratings were actually submitted.

Be able to add suggestions to merge selection while picking merge target Users are merging a suggestion from the moderation queue. In the target suggestion picker they come across other suggestions which they would like to include in their merge.

Use custom email address for 1:1 replies Allow admins to choose a custom email address to show as the From address when replying to a user. Right now, it will use their admin email address.

More Automated Reporting Automatically generate timely reports for accounts, users, and or status updates. For example, automatic reports for things that are out of SLA. It's all currently very manual processes.

Auto select newly created labels from within the idea details When creating labels from within the idea details view, the newly created label should be auto-checked, so the user does not have to manually check the box after creation

Increase idea description character limit The character limit for the idea description field is currently 10,000. Some users are running out of space when creating ideas and would like the limit to be increased.

We do recommend if users are posting longer ideas, to look at using our idea attachment feature to attach additional data to an idea.
We will leave this idea open for voting, and if we start to hear from more customers around this, we will consider revisiting.

Custom flow for Post Idea Widget When a user submits feedback, we would like to display a second screen after submission. This would be to include custom thank you text and possibly links to other relevant sites.

Sort by Plan field (column) in UserVoice Right now, you can't sort by the "plan" field in UserVoice. Admins would like to be able to sort by the plan field on the users and accounts page.

Post Comment Confirmation Post adding a comment, there should be a confirmation that a comments has been added and the user should be scrolled down to view the added comment.

Don't default merge notifications to be enabled When you merge ideas, the checkbox to notify users is always on by default: https://d.pr/i/N6bM08
This should be off.
