Horizontal Lanes to Roadmap Currently the roadmap is organized into vertical columns. I'd like the option to group horizontally as well- this could allow us to add an additional layer (horizontally) to group by product areas as well - kind of like a matrix view

Make Jira Integration Compatible with Jira Product Discovery It would be great to have the Jira Integration work with Jira Product Discovery where the idea shows on the Jira side. It is already working to show the link on the UserVoice side

Expand Reportable Activity Range In the Activity Report we are limited to only the last 365 days. We would find the ability to extend this to two years very beneficial. Much of our feedback comes in cycles, with certain quarters busier than others, so we would like to report on Year-over-Year data, comparing Q3 data with last Q3 data. We can only report on YTD data, which doesn't tell the full story.

Distinguish who are the owners on user&accounts panel Provide a way to distinguish between 'Full Access (Owners)', 'Settings Only', and 'Limited' (admins with no access to settings). Be able to filter the user grid by these admin levels to see who has what permission.

Allow to assign tags to users Users are different, and we’d like to distinguish them more directly in UV with tags: mark some as 'a useful contributor', 'a specialist in a particular topic', 'probably a bot', 'a rude but insightful user'...

Add captured user email address back to contributor notifications On admin public status notification emails, show which users you captured the feedback from.

Allow more fields to be added to Zendesk, Salesforce, Gainsight Please make your third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight) more configurable, allowing us to pull in other fields such as Importance, Category, etc. We get far too many ideas entered in as free text with little context, making it difficult to appropriately prioritize them. Allowing us to embed additional fields in the widgets on these other platforms will allow us to put in guardrails that help us triage our own ideas.

The ability for internal team members to upvote an idea on behalf of a customer without needing to add additional feedback Currently, feedback needs to be added when upvoting an idea on behalf of a customer. If the current idea already includes everything and no additional feedback is needed it would be nice for the ability for internal teams to just upvote the idea on behalf of a customer instead of adding something repetitive if it is not needed.

Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. We have ideas pages we'd like to keep separate from other forums, so we'd like to remove the option to go back to the instance view.

Row count in ideas/feedback lists In the Ideas and Feedback list, it would be nice to have a line item for the rows, like a Google Sheet. That way, we can say, feature 15 or 33, in a specific list etc.

Importance rating as 1-5 rather than 3 custom text options To customize the importance rating to be 1-5 on a critical scale

Quote search only returns results that must contain what is in quotes - like Google Allow you to search so that the result must include a word or phrase, like Google.

Saved view visible to everyone The ability to create saved views for each team, that filters the feature requests down to only the ones that apply to their forum/category areas

Rich text formatting without using markdown As an Admin, I should be able to use a rich text editor for Idea descriptions and other fields without having to use markdown. This would allow me to make longer Idea descriptions easier to read.

Old Sprints visible in backlog In the backlog, I can see the future sprints today and plan them by dragging and dropping stories between them.
I would be able to make old (finished) sprints visible to find a thing I know has been done quickly and, from there, find a loose end to continue the progress.7 votes -
