    Have a view of features for just executives where they can play around with what their PMs are saying are impacts to see how that changes priority if they want to evaluate the feature as a lower level effort or different impact without altering the standard copy

  3. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  4. Allow agent to Change email address Zendesk Sidebar

    It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

  5. Do not require hh;mm:ss in date field in UI for editing features

    Seems a bit much to have to fill in the hh:mm:ss fields.

  6. Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget

    When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.

    While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.

    I'd like to have you provide a hook to Zapier when ideas are upvoted. I have new ideas being posted to Slack via Zapier, but I lose sight of existing ideas that are trending...

  10. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  12. If idea is flagged by a user, show it as flagged even if they refresh the page

    If a user clicks "Flag this as inappropriate" on the web portal, the link will show as "flagged". But if they refresh the page, they'll be able to click on the "Flag this as inappropriate" link again.

    Allow admins (or users) to setting limits such as send a notification when an idea gets more than 5 comments.

  14. Score Feature based on Number of Comments and Notes

    For feature scoring, it would be helpful to also be able to score based on the number of comments and number of notes as this also is a measure of pervasiveness and urgency of the problem
