Recent Activity "New" Tokens When looking at the recent activity filter in the idea grid, it would be easier if it can say "new" and what the new item is rather than having to hover over it to identify if it is a comment, vote, idea, or importance rating since I can not remember what each token signifies besides "new".

Open new tab for Idea Details View Previously we were able to right-click on an idea title on the idea grid and open a new tab and it would let us manage our idea and it a new tab. Now the only option to open it in a new tab is to copy the url > open new tab > paste url

mark custom field inactive Need the ability to mark a custom field selection (when using a list) as inactive. I need to remove the option from the usable list, but also not change any historic values.

Date Range for Idea & Voters Export With the addition of advanced filtering and activity date ranges where we can filter the idea grid further, the Idea & Export Export only exports for All Time, essentially ignoring the date range set on the grid. While this export has always been this way, the request is to export Idea & Voter data for the ideas specifically on the grid as shown within the dates requested (ie 30, 90, 365, custom)

Show Categories Aggregate Quickly Seeing the total number of categories at quick glance in the admin view the same way it appears in the web portal view

"Create New Idea" button on Sidebar to be larger and more visible The create new idea link at the bottom of the similar ideas search on the sidebar is too small. It would be great if this option can be larger and more visible so contributors do not miss it

Increase size of column filter window On the new list view UX, can you increase the size of the column filter window? There's a lot of real estate and the current window is very small, leading to a lot of scrolling.

New Labels UI is slow and ineffective compared to the old one As I said before, new UI for Idea View in the console is horrendous. Stretched, slow, unresponsive.
Take a look at this comparison. Both are about labels.
Old one is still accessible in the All Activity view.
New one is what we have to use in the Idea view.Old one is instant. It has more items displayed — 12.
New is slow. Sometimes even slower than the speed recorded. Number of items displayed — 6.5. Twice as less! Checking any option causes the comments in the background to redraw (why?)Anyway, new Label UI sucks.

Re-order custom idea fields As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea
Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

Ability to email SOME Idea subscribers Ability to email only some subscribers. The Outreach functionality does not necessarily solve this need.

Include 'GeoIP Country' in comment export from Activity Feed The current function for exporting comments through the 'Export Activity' button on the activity feed does not provide an option to edit the fields included in the export.
This means you're unable to change the export to include other fields that may be relevant, namely 'GeoIP Country'
Being able to include additional fields, similar to the data export on the Ideas list view, would be a bonus :)

Reduce the frequency of Salesforce Connector sync The Salesforce Connector frequently syncs all of our records as we update them from our DB. This updates the last modified date and causes the Connector to update those records in UV. This happens even if the fields UV syncs were not updated.
I propose:
1. To check the last modified of only the fields configured in the sync and update if they change.
2. Add a setting to reduce the frequency of the sync.We're incurring extra charges from Salesforce because of this.

Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.

Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. Ability to respond to a user's comment publicly and thread the response to the comment being responded to It would be nice to clarify confusion about a product left as a comment on an idea. There have been times in the past that we have used a single idea to almost act as a thread for feedback via comments. Currently, you can only respond privately to one user to address their concern; however it would be helpful to have that information seen publicly to other users, in case they run into the same issue. Provide a field that can be sorted by state for product ideas I am in Washington State and I don't care to see ideas specific to other states. Please add a required field for product ideas for the state it's being posted for and make it a filtered field so I can filter to only Washington State ideas.

With the last UI update tagging ideas with labels was made slower and more painful. The dialog is too small to see more than 5 labels Make tagging ideas easier and faster
