  1. Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges

    We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

  2. All sign-in options to be shown (no collapsed options)

    We have multiple SSOs integrated and only 4 options are shown on the login screen when the customer first looks at screen which is confusing to them as they need one of the other options.

    Can we please include more options in the first view, in our case we need all 6 options to be visible, so the customer doesn't think they can't login

    The current text for more sign-in options mostly goes unnoticed

  4. Allow filtering by none/null for assignee & owner type fields.

    We have a custom field for "Idea Owner" - but there's no way we can find to create a view/filter that shows us all ideas that do not have an owner - we can only select the "any of" / "none of" options - there is no way to specify "all ideas that have no owner" with the way the field + filters work. It would be very helpful to indicate "none" or "null" to be able to identify the ideas that do not have anything populated for that custom field.

  5. salesforce objects <> UserVoice Ideas

    We have multiple sales force custom object that can collect Customer feedback/comment that can contain potential product enhancement request that should be use to create an Idea in Uservoice.

    Meetings
    Notes

  6. Custom Dashboard with selected accounts

    1) I would like to be able to search based on the user name - to see the user specific comments / voting / creation of ideas

    2) i would also like to be able to save a view / dashboard of several clients. I have 13 accounts that i manage as CSM, i would like a dashboard that can track my clients activities in Idea Lab

  7. Make Idea Details Scrollable on Small Screens

    When user a smaller window, the idea details is not scrollable when trying to leave an internal comment which cuts off the save button.

  9. keep email addresses in cc/bcc when added

    In Tickets, keep any additional cc email addresses if you leave the screen: Multiple times I have added cc email addresses, leave the ticket to view something else, come back and send the email, only to realize those cc's were removed when I left the screen. Suggesting they stay added even if you leave the ticket.

  11. Bi-directional linking

    We'd like to have bi-directional linking between our ESO support channels and uservoice: e.g. when submitting a new idea to UV through the "send to uservoice" bot, link the Slack thread to UserVoice and post the UserVoice link to the thread).

  12. Require Contributor Console Forum Without Default

    When a contributor is creating an idea, the ‘belongs in forum’ is a little small, and we are finding the users are not prompted well enough to select the correct forum. We defaulted to our internal forum, which is fine. BUT, is there a way to not set a default in this page and force the contributor to select a forum?

  16. Improve clarity and speed of portal Idea Search

    As for the overall performance — yeah, that blinking and waiting and state changing when typing can irritate impatient users, who are already nervous, since they have to report problems or ask for a feature.

  20. Bulk migrating Feedback between Ideas

    We need an easy way to fully and quickly move the feedback from one Idea to another without having to refer back to the old Idea.

    For example, we had an Idea for a request to bring back a running timer widget on our mobile apps. We did the work for iPhones, but we didn't do it for Android yet.
