Filters are difficult to navigate The old UI made it easier to filter through ideas. Additionally it is difficult to navigate through the idea grid to distinguish statuses, votes, and created.

Thanks for your feedback and support of this idea. We have been able to gather perspective on a number of areas in which our filtering experience on the idea grid can be improved. There is not a single solution that addresses all the feedback we've received. With that in mind, I thought it might be helpful to provide a bit more insight into the specific problems, as informed by the themes of this feedback, that we've focused on solving as we being work on this.
- It is hard to visualize what filters are applied when working with a filtered view of the idea grid.
- It is hard to make changes to applied filters directly from the idea grid.
- It is not obvious that filters can be applied and updated on columns in addition to the main idea grid filter (fly-out from the right hand side of the grid).

Public status automation based on internal status setting I would like to be able to set the automation of public status update to a new status once an idea reaches a specific internal status.

Create Jira Issue When New Idea is Created What we would like to do is have Jira tickets be created on a particular project board whenever any new feedback comes through.

Allow Admins to Manage Notifications for Flagged Ideas for Other Users Admins are subscribed to flagged idea notifications by default. Because of this, everyone in the org gets an email when an idea is flagged as important. This is not ideal. The default should be disabled, and there should be a way to change another users notification status either in the Permissions area or via the API.

Get vote count in Jira export I love the Jira integration. However, when I export my backlog in Jira, I can't see the number of votes so it makes it impossible to give a top 10 of my customer needs from Jira. We do this from UserVoice and from Jira to compare since Jira contains other information and other sources of client feedback that UserVoice does not. We need the integration to breakdown the link to be able to export the votes and name in different columns.

Roadmap search for contributor facing roadmap view as a end user, I want to search the roadmap (rather than only option being navigating the kanban or filtering by product area. as a end user I want to search (so it searches feature title and description)

Set default Domains for Accounts The (optional) feature we have to automatically generate and assign accounts by email domains is unintuitive and limited to a single domain per account.
Admins should be able to configure Accounts with one or more domains for users to be automatically assigned. This should be configurable via the Salesforce Connector, CSV import, and a setting in-app.

Capture Feedback without linking to Idea Is there a way to enter feedback that isn’t linked to an idea/suggestion? An end-user may enter positive feedback that we would want to track and it may not be associated to a request for action.

Ability to email NPS responders within UserVoice In the same way we can email subscribers to an idea - I would like to be able to email NPS responders from within UserVoice.

Slack integration--search for and link ideas in Slack threads Currently you can only search for an idea using the Slack integration in the main message field of a channel. We REALLY need to be able to use the /uservoice-search command within a thread on an existing message so that when an internal team member asks a question related to an existing UV idea, we can easily link them to the existing idea in the thread of that original message.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide this feature.
Looking into this a bit more and collaborating with the team at Slack we learned that Slash commands in threads is not functionality they support.
We’ll have to hold tight until Slack supports this before we can make this available for the UserVoice to Slack Integration.

Timeline View for Roadmap In addition to a status view also have a timeline view. Right now I am using the status as a timeline to achieve the view, but ideally I would not have to sacrifice a status view for a timeline view. Having both views would be ideal. Roadmaps are largely about forecasting time frames for delivery not statuses.

Have one log in for linked accounts When a company has more than one instance of UserVoice to manage, there is a need to have one log in, instead of having to manage multiple passwords for each instance.

Count suggestion creation as customer activity A suggestion being created doesn't always count as "Customer Activity" when using the "No Customer activity" filter.
This can result in suggestions that have been created within the year showing up in "No Customer activity in the past year" if the suggestion was were created via the API, contributor sidebar or imported.

Allow reordering of custom user and account traits in admin view When looking at a user, I'd like to put the traits in order of importance, rather than the default of alphabetical.

Notify end-users of moderator approval of ideas As an admin, I'd like the ability to automatically notify users if an idea they've submitted has been dis/approved by moderator of a forum.

Rich-text formatting for comments on ideas Be able to use formatting options, like bold, italics, code blocks in comments on the forums.
