Column reorder not maintained Adding and removing columns from the column picker shouldn't require the user to reorder the columns that are visible again.

Be able to view all flagged ideas for an account in C360 in Gainsight CSMs should be able easily see all flagged ideas at the account level in C360 with the Gainsight Integration.

Released Ideas Report by Accounts/Supporters I would like to have a report that pulls completed ideas based on a release schedule. This report would include all of the ideas that moved into the "release" or "completed" status within a particular timeframe and associate accounts/supporters of these ideas. This type of report helps with our release process in which our support team will communicate with customers (ie. show the idea, total support, and link to helpful videos).

Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

Notification of new user sign up I'd like to receive a notification when new users sign up.

Roadmap permissions I would like to be able to have restricted permission on the Roadmap so we can enable people to see it in the app but not have any edit permissions. Similar to what you can do with ideas.

Integration with ClickUp A request to connect ideas in Uservoice to tasks in ClickUp by syncing the Reach columns (users and accounts supporting it) to help calculate the ROI inside ClickUp. Additionally, the ability to sync the task ID and status back to UserVoice would remove the manual effort of updating of two systems.

direct link to comment Sometimes you want to share a specific colleague (internal) with a comment. There doesn't appear to be a way to identify a link which brings up the idea and the desired comment.

Widget for Desktop Application We would like to be able to embed the widget in our desktop application, if the widget was ".net" we would be able to leverage this feature.

Archive or Hide Roadmap Features We would like the ability to archive or hide roadmap features, specifically once those features have been completed and released. I know the "No Status" will not show up in the swimlanes but it would be great to either hide or have the ability to archive features that end up in our "Fully Launched" status (otherwise we'll eventually end up with a huge column of features)

roadmap filters let us filter the roadmap not just by product area and status but also by custom field that an admin would set (for example platforms, country, etc.)

Improve Segmentation Rules Improve segmentation properties by allowing more than "equals" and "does not equal". Ideally you should add "contains" "does not contain" "is known" "is unknown". Date properties should also have "is before" "is after" "is between". Number properties should have "is greater than" "is less than"

Show who is getting notified of public status updates When you make a public status update, a message "Email x subscribers" shows.
This number, x, is the total number of voters who are subscribed and don't have status updates turned of in their global notification preferences AND admins who do have the admin notification preference for all status updates.
We do not surface this clearly in the UI, and we should either provide explanatory text as to what this number includes, or somehow surface who is getting notified.
It could be just a list of the admins who will get notified, since they aren't included in the "Users" tab…

Delete votes and feedback on an idea in bulk Be able to delete voters or feedback on an idea, without deleting the user.

Drill down reporting to the User/Account Level Ability to see within the UI - Users or Accounts who have submitted (created) the most ideas.

Add an option to delete a public status After publishing a public status there is no way to delete it, and if I chose one by mistake, even when I change it to the one I wanted- you can still see the wrong one that was there before that.
Can you add an option to delete a Public status to solve it?5 votes
