Show sentiment score for individual pieces of feedback The Account Sentiment Report currently shows aggregate account sentiment scores based on all feedback submitted by each account. It would be helpful to also see sentiment scores for the individual pieces of feedback that make up this aggregate score.
5 votesYou can opt in to a feature called urgency scores currently in beta by visiting your settings. You can find the option by going to
Settings -> General Settings -> Ideas and look for "Urgency score on ideas and feedback."
Instead of a simple sentiment analysis, we're looking for intensity of emotion in the feedback. This may be negative (an angry user) or positive (a user telling you how much a feature change may help them) and we're displaying the results summarized across the idea, and on individual activity entries (comments, feedback).

Allow internal teams to respond to idea notifications and display their responses in UserVoice —The feature would allow automatic email notifications to be sent to a configurable mailing alias when new feedback comes in.
—When developers and others respond to the email, while keeping the mailing alias intact, we should capture all their responses and store it as part of the feedback in UserVoice.
This allows the admins to see the full extent of the internal discussion within UserVoice.

Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.
5 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects”. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Auto-update idea statuses when VSTS status is updated When you update the VSTS status, the UV status should automatically update as well.

Make the profanity filter apply to user names, comment urls, email addresses Currently the profanity filter does not apply to usernames, URLs in comments, or email addresses.

Sidebar Linking Ideas Should Add User's Idea as Comments on the linked Idea When using the Sidebar, we're asked to get the client's idea in the Private section which is visible to Admins on the Uservoice portal and then link to an existing idea if it's close enough. This is a fantastic model to avoid duplicate postings and to ensure we have an accurate number of supporters for any given idea. However, my client's idea may be slightly different or have a different outlook than the currently posted Idea I'm linking to.
Current functionality will allow me to add private comments on behalf of a user to an existing idea and subscribe that…

Vote Weighting Provide the ability to weight votes whilst still only assigning one vote per person to an idea.
For example, if a customer votes for an idea this will receive (within the admin view) 10 votes where as if an internal user votes it only receives 1 vote.
The number of 'weighted votes' should be configurable. When an admin is viewing the idea the weighted and none weighted vote score should be shown.

Option to hide end-user usernames on the web portal Sometimes companies don't want their end users names shared. While you can hide this with CSS, it would be nice to simply offer a setting to show or not show the end users name on a forum post/comment.

When emailing suggestion subscribers, allow subscribers to reply in UserVoice When I post a status update or a comment on a suggestion, I email subscribers about the post via UserVoice. When subscribers reply, their email reply is sent directly to me (outside of UserVoice). Ideally, their reply would post to the suggestion comment tread in UserVoice.

Support custom VSO work item templates 1) They are using an Agile template in VSO. Some more context about this can be found in this previous issue: https://userville.atlassian.net/browse/OPS-522
When they try to push a UV suggestion to a VSO work item of the "Requirement" type, it gets stuck on "syncing" and never shows up in VSO: https://schlumberger.uservoice.com/admin/forums/420927-slm/suggestions/17630080-send-mail-vnex-task
I'm unable to reproduce this with an Agile template on our account. They seem to have a "Requirement" work item type, which I'm unable to reproduce on our VSO account.

Offer European based servers For some EU companies there are restrictions on having EU data on US servers. If there was a European based server this might allow for more EU based companies (more than we already have)

Widget Integration Meta Data we have the UV widget embedded in a bunch of different places, when we see a piece of feedback get submitted we want to know which widget integration it came from (or if it was from a widget at all). It’d be nice if in the widget integration code we could specify a label that should get added to new submissions from that widget instance.

Invite users to the platform (similar to a private forum invite) We would like to be able to invite users to join the platform (even if the forums are public.) Similar to how we can invite administrators and contributors currently.

Enhance shared views capability Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- Anyone you share the view with can edit the view, e.g. change the criteria, change the columns etc and this will impact everyone - you should be able to either define owners of a view who are the only ones who can edit it
