Expand Reportable Activity Range In the Activity Report we are limited to only the last 365 days. We would find the ability to extend this to two years very beneficial. Much of our feedback comes in cycles, with certain quarters busier than others, so we would like to report on Year-over-Year data, comparing Q3 data with last Q3 data. We can only report on YTD data, which doesn't tell the full story.

Add captured user email address back to contributor notifications On admin public status notification emails, show which users you captured the feedback from.

Allow more fields to be added to Zendesk, Salesforce, Gainsight Please make your third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight) more configurable, allowing us to pull in other fields such as Importance, Category, etc. We get far too many ideas entered in as free text with little context, making it difficult to appropriately prioritize them. Allowing us to embed additional fields in the widgets on these other platforms will allow us to put in guardrails that help us triage our own ideas.

Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. We have ideas pages we'd like to keep separate from other forums, so we'd like to remove the option to go back to the instance view.

Importance rating as 1-5 rather than 3 custom text options To customize the importance rating to be 1-5 on a critical scale

Saved view visible to everyone The ability to create saved views for each team, that filters the feature requests down to only the ones that apply to their forum/category areas

Rich text formatting without using markdown As an Admin, I should be able to use a rich text editor for Idea descriptions and other fields without having to use markdown. This would allow me to make longer Idea descriptions easier to read.

Recent Activity "New" Tokens When looking at the recent activity filter in the idea grid, it would be easier if it can say "new" and what the new item is rather than having to hover over it to identify if it is a comment, vote, idea, or importance rating since I can not remember what each token signifies besides "new".

mark custom field inactive Need the ability to mark a custom field selection (when using a list) as inactive. I need to remove the option from the usable list, but also not change any historic values.

Increase size of column filter window On the new list view UX, can you increase the size of the column filter window? There's a lot of real estate and the current window is very small, leading to a lot of scrolling.

Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.

Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. To prevent abuse, we could also have an option to disable notifications for the certain idea to…

We've got some ideas in the works for how to do this (and more) to let you customize which Ideas you'd like to follow and get notified when activity happens.

Provide a field that can be sorted by state for product ideas I am in Washington State and I don't care to see ideas specific to other states. Please add a required field for product ideas for the state it's being posted for and make it a filtered field so I can filter to only Washington State ideas.

Alphabetize Category Dropdown Category field when Editing Ideas should be alphabetized.

Relocate Created info Date Often we need to see the created date, especially when merging. Now with the new UX it is hidden behind a collapsed view. Can we either not collapse the details by default or relocate the created by info so it isn't collapsed??
