  3. Testing Mode (Sandbox)

    Add functionality that enables you to put UserVoice in 'test' or 'Sandbox' mode so that you can test changes to settings, e.g. SSO, before making them live to all users.

  4. Export Data Set (Accounts)

    On a specific idea 'Export current data set' is supported from the Users Tab but not supported from the Accounts Tab- Can this be added to allow for consistent reporting capabilities?

    We have released our End User API! With this API, you can authenticate end users and securely perform client-side requests to retrieve and post feedback submissions. You can build a feedback collection channel which will allow your end users to obtain a list of forums, search ideas, submit ideas, and vote on existing ideas!

  7. Two-Way Slack Communication

    We would like two-way Slack communication. Right now it's pretty much one-way communication from UserVoice to Slack. You can't respond directly to users or comment from Slack to UserVoice. You can capture feedback from Slack to UserVoice but that's it.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

  9. Show owner of feedback as who shared this on the public site

    When a contributor or any admin enters feedback for a user/customer, the idea displays on the public side as if the idea is owned by that contributor. We need for the idea to show as being owned/entered by the customer who provided the feedback initially. We would prefer to prevent all feedback to appear like it came from the company, or the perception of this. Also, when an idea is being moved to our dev teams, we create a project and list the customer/account who initially submitted the request. This is hard when the idea isn't listed as coming…

  10. Email Subset of Subscribed Voters

    We want to be able to select a particular subset of users when using the "Emailing Subscribed Voters" functionality. Ex: If there are 100 customers who have voted for an idea, we may want to select a subset of 10 to email, but still want that communication to live in UV.

  11. Need a filter for open Ideas that contain the blocker flag

    There is no simple way to filter all ideas that contain blockers. We should also be able to pull up reports on accounts and users who have left feedback marked blocker. Pulling reports or setting up your API is not an easy solution that will help. Please add a filter to include all blocker feedback.

    Hey there, while we haven't implemented this exact request, we have recently made changes that allow you to:

    • Filter the activity and moderation page by ideas with flags
    • Sort the idea grid by ideas that have flags that have not yet been cleared
  12. Update JWT SSO Permissions

    JWT SSO allows you to pass admin: accept to promote a user to Admin license; however, there's more granular permission to the Admin license in the User Management in the UI.

    Please surface these options so they can be passed in the JWT SSO.

  13. Re-order custom idea fields

    As an Admin with access to change account settings for all end users, I should be able to re-order the custom Idea fields as they appear on each Idea

    Some custom Idea fields are used more frequently than others, and I want those fields to be at the top of the Custom Idea Fields section

  14. Ability to Batch/Bulk update ideas by Feature

    We would like to batch/bulk update linked ideas as the Feature moves through the Roadmap to keep our users updated.

    Currently we need to open each idea individually and update. This is especially problematic since there is not a link to the linked ideas if there aren't comments, so we have to search to find them, and update individually.

  15. Comments Vs. Public status vs. Message subscribers should be more obvious within Admin view

    When logged in as an Admin, viewing Suggestions.
    I find it difficult to know if the comments are "public" or "private"

    This should be obvious when viewing the comments, so that if a customer accidentally posts something "sensitive" in the comments field I can easily detect this and mark the comment as private!
    Retaining the comment with the suggestion (for admins), but hiding it from other public users of the forum.

  16. Improve the 'Feedback' tab in Roadmap

    The feedback tab in the Roadmap isn't user-friendly. I cannot easily see the information associated with each idea added, such as description, status, last updated, custom fields, etc. There is also no direct link back to the idea if there are no comments (see attached)

    Seeing the individual feedback comments is only useful when I have context about the particular idea it is attached to.

    Ideally, this tab is just a filtered view of the Idea table for the ideas added to the feature. For us, it's more important to see the ideas associated with a feature so we…

  17. General feedback on console changes June 2023

    Recent changes into Admin Console are strange.

    The text area Description field in Edit Idea modal is tiny on my 1920×1200 display. Margins are giant. This makes editing text painful.

    Categories in this modal are not sorted alphabetically in the dropdown!

    Adding labels forces the whole page to reload in background. Why?

    When choosing labels, we have the same problem as with the Edit Idea — I can see only 7 labels! Seven! Why not all 40 I use?

    No 'popular choices for labels' when none is attached yet. The whole column is just empty.

  19. Add NPS column to the Accounts tab on the Users & Accounts page

    I would like to have an NPS column on the Accounts tab so that I can easily see the NPS score for each account and sort by NPS score to find unhappy accounts.
