Inconsistent @mention Functionality in Internal Comments When attempting to tag admins within comment sections, the system does not reliably display available names as expected. At times, the dropdown will populate with relevant options, but in other instances, no names appear. This inconsistency disrupts workflow and makes it difficult to ensure the right team members are notified.

A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.

Idea Submitter Visible in the Admin Console Ideas View Good Evening,
I can't see a way to surface the 'idea' submitters details (i.e. name or email address) in the admin console ideas view. It would be a great add on features as we could sort by this parameter. Thank you2 votes -
Custom from: email address for subscriber emails These currently have a random alpha-numeric pattern, e.g. omail-tTyIRW4hbiepjxTf1+edjc9s@feedback-poweredby.uservoice.com
These should be nicer looking or allow the use of custom email addresses.
5 votesWe recently introduced DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) which enables the customization of an email “from” address. Once DKIM is configured, you may choose a custom “from” email address on subscriber emails. Read more about DKIM below:

Harassing emails One of our employees complains that she receives a lot of SPAM messages from USERVOICE.
I am attaching a screenshot and asking you to take care of it.1 voteOur Technical Success team was alerted to a SPAM issues that occurred Feb 12-13 across multiple accounts. We've since moved these tickets to SPAM inboxes and deleted all of the created SPAM accounts.

Admin View Only Permission Admin view-only permission should be named something else, such as "viewer". The term "admin" can be sensitive to a company security requirements. There should be an additional license name between contributor and admin.

Publicly display "Contributor" in forums It would be great if and when a contributor leaves a comment on a suggestion, the label "contributor" is displayed to lend the answer a bit more confidence

Supress cookie errors in Chrome A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://SUBDOMAIN.uservoice.com/ was set without the "SameSite" attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with'SameSite=None' and 'Secure'.

Add Admin Avatar to Activity & Moderation Feed Items Display an avatar in Activity & Moderation items done by an Admin (currently only gives Admin name in orange color)
