  1. Widget vote is not counted unless I provide an email address, but no error message shows

    When voting on an idea, in the Widget, if I don't submit an email the vote isn't counted. There's no messaging that says this, and email is not denoted as required.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

  6. Add "ToS" checkbox to UserVoice widget

    Add a checkbox (or make it an optional setting) so users are prompted to agree to ToS when interacting with the UserVoice widget.

  8. Add place to post guidelines, instructions for a forum.

    Want to be able to post announcements and guidelines for the forum. While you can add some content in the welcome or forum message, these distract from user engaging with the forums.

    Would like to be able to post rich content that displays within the overall UV experience.

  10. Report on response rate for NPS

    It would be helpful to know how many users were prompted with the NPS survey during a given time frame vs. how many ratings were actually submitted.

  14. Remove irrelevant options from activity feed kabob options

    When you click the "kabob" option next to an item in an activity feed, you always get the same options.

    These include options for converting to a ticket, which is only done on suggestions and not on other objects in the activity feed, such as comments and requests.

    The options in the kabob should change depending on the object you are on.

  15. Ability to filter by labels when looking at a user's suggestions though the Users & Accounts list

    When I am looking at a user's supported suggestions through the user & account's list in the admin portal I would like the ability to filter their supported suggestions by labels.

  17. Date field on Public Statuses so users know when an idea will be completed

    It will be useful to have a date field on public status updates stating when an idea will be completed. For example, if I apply a status "Started," I would be prompted to enter a date when the idea is expected to be completed.

    This provides a concrete date to the user and the user knows exactly when to expect the feature release.

  20. The data in the admin portal's user sidebar (inspector) doesn't match what the contributor sidebar shows for that user

    If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data. For example, in admin inspector/profile the lightbulb icon shows the number of suggestions that the user created, but in the contributor sidebar the lightbulb shows number of suggestions the users has supported. Also, in the admin user inspector there is a heart showing the number of votes the user has used, which is similar to the number of suggestion…

    We appreciate your thoughts on this! We’ve moved away from the Inspector Sidebar being a key part of the product as we’ve introduced more features on our Users and Account Pages.

    As a result, we won’t be implementing this idea.
