  1. Remove irrelevant options from activity feed kabob options

    When you click the "kabob" option next to an item in an activity feed, you always get the same options.

    These include options for converting to a ticket, which is only done on suggestions and not on other objects in the activity feed, such as comments and requests.

    The options in the kabob should change depending on the object you are on.

  2. Ability to filter by labels when looking at a user's suggestions though the Users & Accounts list

    When I am looking at a user's supported suggestions through the user & account's list in the admin portal I would like the ability to filter their supported suggestions by labels.

  4. Date field on Public Statuses so users know when an idea will be completed

    It will be useful to have a date field on public status updates stating when an idea will be completed. For example, if I apply a status "Started," I would be prompted to enter a date when the idea is expected to be completed.

    This provides a concrete date to the user and the user knows exactly when to expect the feature release.

    Instead of only showing top team requests, show number of requests by contributor.

  7. The data in the admin portal's user sidebar (inspector) doesn't match what the contributor sidebar shows for that user

    If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data. For example, in admin inspector/profile the lightbulb icon shows the number of suggestions that the user created, but in the contributor sidebar the lightbulb shows number of suggestions the users has supported. Also, in the admin user inspector there is a heart showing the number of votes the user has used, which is similar to the number of suggestion…

    Hi everyone!

    We appreciate your thoughts on this! We’ve moved away from the Inspector Sidebar being a key part of the product as we’ve introduced more features on our Users and Account Pages.

    As a result, we won’t be implementing this idea.

    Have ideas for ways we can make our User and Account pages even more valuable? Please, tell us!

  8. Be able to search SSO Logs

    1. You need to troubleshoot an SSO issue and find a token for a specific user
    2. You have to scroll through every single page of SSO logs to find the one you want.
    3. This is time consuming for admins when troubleshooting an issue, and we spend a lot of time scrolling through logs to find the data we need.
    4. Need to be able to search the logs by email address, username and if possible, GUIDs as well.

  9. Automated Impact Report with Theme and Pain Point Detection

    Run impact reports more automatically—without needing to manually select filters or inputs. Ideally, it could analyze ideas on its own, identify key themes or patterns (like thematizing), and surface common pain points.

  10. Display Flag Reasons and Resolution Details in Grid View

    Add columns to the grid view to show why an idea was flagged and, if cleared, how the flag was resolved without needing to open the idea details page.

    Reduce admin manual exports by enhancing the Contributor Console for regional / industry client teams with intuitive filters by countries, and regions, enabling self-serve analysis of product feedback.

    1. Regional & Country Filtering: Allow users to filter ideas by country or region to see localized feedback trends.
    2. Client-Specific Insights: Enable filtering by company with ideas and its vote count, as well as its supporters, to understand client-specific needs and priorities.

  16. Custom Questions per Forum

    The Chrome Extension is meeting our needs partially for this particular use case. We'd like to able to customize the questions on the Extension by product area (forum). For example, we would want our Advocates to see a different custom form than our Product Managers. Different Product Owners want to capture different details, and not all Custom Questions are applicable to each product area. This should also translate to Custom Idea Fields.

  20. Use SSO options for roadmaps as authorized users

    For internal roadmaps, allow option to choose SSO option as authorization to view roadmap.
    OR
    When a site is restricted, the public roadmap that we share with users is also ideally "restricted" to only SSO users.
