feedback-collection widget in-app but that can be customized and user-tagged as regarding specific functionality I want a button that floats in the same place on every page in my app that, upon click, loads content specific to that page, and allows users to submit feedback on specific functionality so that individual teams can easily monitor feedback for only the features they're working on.
I also want a button that users can click that puts the app in a help-mode of sorts wherein floating buttons are revealed that are effectively "show me how this works and tell me everything I need to know in order to use it effectively" buttons—even if that includes a list…

Filter NPS export When you export NPS, it includes all of the data and doesn't respect filters for looking at just detractors, just passives, etc.
It would be nice to have the export respect the filters available in the report.

Idea Created When Selecting File If you click on "Select File" but do not upload any file, the idea gets created but there is no page refresh or confirmation of idea.

Mouse Should Indicate Drop Down Menus on Forum On the web portal, when the mouse is over a dropdown, the curser should change to a hand-pointer to let the user know that its clickable.

"Hide/Show Closed Ideas" should Appear Clickable When an end user is looking at the "My Feedback" section of the web portal, the text "hide/show closed ideas" should appear clickable.

Basic Editor Functions for Idea Description Description Box should have at least the basic editor functions to number the items in it or make some items bold, underline, etc

Improvements to "Jump to Another Forum" Section The counter under "Jump to another forum" does not get updated once the idea is created.
When I am inside the "Collaboration" forum, I see the forum "Collaboration" under "Jump to another forum". I should only see the forums other than the forum I am currently on.

Post Comment Confirmation Post adding a comment, there should be a confirmation that a comments has been added and the user should be scrolled down to view the added comment.

Web Forum Maintains Place on the Page when Toggling Hot/New/Top When on the Web Portal, we would like to maintain our place on the page when toggling Hot/New/Top - currently the user is scrolled to the top of the page and has to scroll down again

Users Shouldn't Be Able To Unvote Their Own Idea We do not want users to be able to unvote ideas that they themselves have created.

Internal Status Updates Link Out To Contributor Console When internal status is updated, the contributor gets a link that goes to the web portal -- can we instead redirect them to the contributor console?
it's a bit of a confusing experience for them if we're trying to get them onboarded using the console and now they can only leave additional comments through the web portal

Ability to turn off Customer Communication emails We haven't announced our UV initiative to our customers yet, and are only capturing feedback internally and through contributor. Is there any way we can turn off customer emails? We want to make sure we don't accidentally email them about UV until we announce it publicly.
