Do not combine unrelated email threads based on subject line Stop combining unrelated, independent email threads when different senders happen to choose the same subject. It is cumbersome to deal with the artificial problems introduced when separate email chains with no shared history are automatically merged.

Default Comment Notifications (for existing users) Allow admins to retroactively enable comment notifications for existing users

Per-channel Slack integration settings Be able to toggle UserVoice features of the Slack integration (like creating new ideas, searching for existing ideas, etc.) on a channel-by-channel basis.

Disable comment moderation once idea has been approved With moderation enabled, ideas and comments need to be approved.
When a new idea is created and approved, each comment needs to be approved separately.
This request is to not require comments to be approved once the idea has been approved.

Filter ideas by Creator Account Currently, an Account page shows all ideas that Account members have voted for; provide a checkbox or other filter to limit this to ideas that Account members have created

Have a column view for Ideas like there is in the Roadmap For Ideas, there only seems to currently be the list view option for this, which is fairly detailed and great, but I'd love to see an option like in the Roadmaps tool where you can have a column view. I'd like to be able to create columns for the individual statuses we have to track multiple products/features. I created an example in the Roadmaps tool and may end up trying to utilize that in some way, but having actual Ideas to drag and drop into different statuses and to be able to track what needs to be actioned on in…

Add "Moved Idea" event as an event type to stream into a Slack Channel. Can you guys add an event to the effect, “moved into category”?
We get requests from multiple channels and they end up in different forums and categories. We (mostly I) then review ideas and move them to their correct destination. But these moves won’t show up in Slack channel for the destination forum/channel. Be great if moving an idea into a category would trigger an event so the idea shows up in its corresponding Slack channel.

Ability for admin to create a Zendesk ticket in UserVoice The Zendesk integration allows the Zendesk users to capture feedback on behalf of an end user from within Zendesk. Would like the ability for the integration to also allow a UserVoice admin to create a Zendesk ticket from an idea.

Change Salesforce numbers in grid to reflect filters We change "Reach" numbers and others according to filters, but not those as a result of our Salesforce integration (opportunities, revenue, etc.)

Mapping Documentation for feedback from other systems like GetSat, ProductBoard, and Aha! Importing from other applications is pretty standard for UserVoice but it would be helpful if we could have a visual or some sort of documentation that explains how feedback is mapped from different systems.

Please provide a Jira integration with no write permissions to Jira. Due to security concerns, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to integrate where admins cannot create tickets. Without that option we are unable to utilize this integration.

Add support for encrypted SAML assertions The SAML metadata provided by UserVoice does not include a public key. So, SAML assertions sent by an IdP are not encrypted (though they may be signed).
Although SAML assertions are delivered to UserVoice over TLS, having them be encrypted prevents the browser (and anything bad running on the browser) from reading the assertion. Also, using encrypted assertions can help to block other problems; for example, see https://shibboleth.net/community/advisories/secadv_20180227.txt for an instance of a security bug that mainly affected unencrypted assertions.

Suggestion link in merge dialogue should open in the Admin Console When clicking a Suggestion link, in the Suggestion merge dialogue, the link takes you out to the web portal.
As I'm in the Admin Console, this interrupts my workflow. I would expect the Suggestion to open in the Admin Console also as this is where I'm working.
