Slack integration to include description with "Create New Idea" When sending to UserVoice using the "Create New Idea" in Slack, the text gets pre-populated to the Idea title. When this text is really long in slack, all the content is added to Title vs. Description field. Ideally, a subset would be added to the Idea Title field and the entire context would be passed on in the Description field along with link to slack message to share full context and additional comments from thread.

Distinguish who are the owners on user&accounts panel Provide a way to distinguish between 'Full Access (Owners)', 'Settings Only', and 'Limited' (admins with no access to settings). Be able to filter the user grid by these admin levels to see who has what permission.

Open new tab for Idea Details View Previously we were able to right-click on an idea title on the idea grid and open a new tab and it would let us manage our idea and it a new tab. Now the only option to open it in a new tab is to copy the url > open new tab > paste url

Fix Description Field to Top of Header during scroll In the new idea field's header, fix the description field at the top of the screen with the title as you scroll through the activity feed.
in general, having a large viewable field before having to click 'More' would be better here too8 votes - 
Custom Idea Fields Visible in One Forum Have custom fields available in only specific forums rather than across all forums.

Ability to see who opened and clicked status emails Admin can see the users who have opened and clicked status emails. Currently, only the percentages are available with no data of which users actioned and contributed to the percentages of opened and clicked. Thank you.

Email Subset of Subscribed Voters We want to be able to select a particular subset of users when using the "Emailing Subscribed Voters" functionality. Ex: If there are 100 customers who have voted for an idea, we may want to select a subset of 10 to email, but still want that communication to live in UV.

Mentions in Public Comments The new ability to @mention admins within internal comments is great! As a corollary, it would be great if end users could @mention each other in public comments. This would enhance public discussion, allow users to directly interact with one another. Thanks for consideration!

Sync Custom fields via the Jira Integration Allow the custom configuration of custom fields between Jira cards and UserVoice features.
Right now, the integration only syncs out of the box data and does not allow for further configuration.

Prompt users to vote for an idea when they comment When users comment, they may not realize they should vote to receive notifications.

Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.
Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.
8 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

Customize end-user filter options in the portal Allow for admin defined filter options that enable end-users to filter/view suggestions in the portal.

When Roadmap item is completed, automatically set completed status on linked suggestions If a Roadmap Item is addressing several Suggestions, implement an option for informing (email notification) at once all suggestions creators.

Allow anonymous suggestions Don't require users to enter an email address when posting suggestions or comments on specific forums.

A core value of UserVoice is communication, allowing Product Managers not only to hear from users, but communicate back to them around their feedback.
We also help Product Managers when evaluating ideas, not only see how many people want it, but who those people are, enabling them to make data driven decisions.
Anonymous suggestions don’t allow either of those, and aren’t part of our vision for the product at this time.
While we are saying “no” to this particular idea, please keep sharing. We do appreciate you sharing your thoughts and product needs with us!
