  1. Option to hide end-user usernames on the web portal

    Sometimes companies don't want their end users names shared. While you can hide this with CSS, it would be nice to simply offer a setting to show or not show the end users name on a forum post/comment.

    Don't search for commonly used words in a given language.

  4. When emailing suggestion subscribers, allow subscribers to reply in UserVoice

    When I post a status update or a comment on a suggestion, I email subscribers about the post via UserVoice. When subscribers reply, their email reply is sent directly to me (outside of UserVoice). Ideally, their reply would post to the suggestion comment tread in UserVoice.

  6. Provide Parent/Child relationship for Merged Items

    Merging ideas is fantastic but to have the idea merged as a comment isn't so good.

    Ideally, the merge should allow for a Parent/Child relationship i.e. both ideas continue as individual ideas rather than a comment of the other.

  8. Sanitize profanity sent into Slack via service hook

    We censor profanity in suggestions and comments on the web portal.

    But when sent to slack via the service hook, the profanity isn't censored there.

  9. Show the +/- of the NPS over Time

    I have looked at a few different ways to do this, but is it possible that we could see the NPS score average over time as a + or - that dips below and above the baseline? I have a request for the reports I generate to see how this looks over the course of a month on a daily basis, so they can see the ups and downs of the NPS throughout a 30 or so day period. Something similar to the attached.

  10. Provide default traits for users and accounts

    UserVoice could integrate with various data enrichment services (e.g. Clearbit) to automatically provide key data points about users who give feedback.

    This would provide all customers with an easy avenue for meaningful analysis of their feedback data against key segments before they even begin passing in their own custom traits.

  11. When view the ideas in the forum you should be able to see all ideas no matter of status.

    When I view the ideas on a forum (not in the admin portal) I can only see the open ideas or by the closed ones by status. I would like to see (and would like my users to see) all submitted ideas regardless of status.

    We’re currently working on a UserVoice for MS Teams connector that will enable the ability to push important UserVoice events (new ideas, status updates, comments, etc) into your MS Teams team channels.

  14. Target Process Integration

    Similar functionality as the VSTS / JIRA integration, but for Target Process.

    Uservoice is great, but it's a pain to have to manually link items. Please allow us to share data and push events!

  15. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

  16. Date field on Public Statuses so users know when an idea will be completed

    It will be useful to have a date field on public status updates stating when an idea will be completed. For example, if I apply a status "Started," I would be prompted to enter a date when the idea is expected to be completed.

    This provides a concrete date to the user and the user knows exactly when to expect the feature release.

  17. Choose default and required settings for sidebar

    Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.

  18. Quick polls with email blast invites

    Ability to do quick polls instead of smart polls. It would be even better if I could send blasts for either poll type out to my active users asking them to partake in the poll.

  20. Would it be possible to include date tag to admin replies on main page? We want people to see when the admin update/comment was posted.

    Today they can see it only if they click on particular idea, but cannot see it right away on main page.
