Add creator to All Idea list view In the All Idea list view there is no column for who created the idea. This would be a nice addition without having to open up each idea separately.

Custom Questions per Forum The Chrome Extension is meeting our needs partially for this particular use case. We'd like to able to customize the questions on the Extension by product area (forum). For example, we would want our Advocates to see a different custom form than our Product Managers. Different Product Owners want to capture different details, and not all Custom Questions are applicable to each product area. This should also translate to Custom Idea Fields.

Allow the setting of a DNS override for Jira integration We would like for UserVoice to be able to configure a DNS override that would point our UserVoice instance to a different hostname for the Jira integration

Link to individual Ideas per Pain Point Add links to the Value to Users and Pain Points section of the report that show which idea these sections pertain to. I really like that it shows the full idea list, however in cases where its not one feature or enhancement it would be helpful to see which pain points apply to which idea.

Assign Idea to Owner from Slack In Slack, have the ability to assign an idea to an idea owner.

Impact Report Summary Improvements The Impact Report summary at the start of the report assume that all ideas are tied to one feature v. the potential for multiple features or solutions when using more than a couple ideas or when the ideas grouped are larger concepts.
Reiterating the desired state would be to use this to define from many ideas what the features might be to release v. I have a feature and I'm selecting the ideas that already tie to that idea.

Expose Forum Id in Edit Console It would be a better user experience to expose the forum ID in the edit modal instead of needing to go find it via the api or url

Bulk add idea to multiple idea lists When viewing an idea details, allow us to select multiple Idea lists to add the idea to vs adding them to idea lists one at a time

Slack Integration: Use Suggested Label instead of Categories to send to channels Now that we are autopopulating label suggestions, can we allow the integration to use those instead of Categories to determine which ideas get sent to a channel.
Categories are customer-defined (so not always correct) and more importantly much to broad for all our various product teams. If we were able to set the conditional logic to the suggested labels, although not going to be 100% accurate, they will be better than Categories, AND much more specific to be sent to individual product team channels.

Allow admins/contribs to unsubscribe or subscribe users AFTER creation Create a toggle to allow admins to manually update a subscription status for a user on an idea.

Approval Workflow for Features on the Roadmap Set up an automated notification and approval workflow for roadmap items.
When a feature is moved to a specific stage (eg. 'Final Spec Approval Required') trigger a screen pop-up alert with a link to the item and an option to approve or reject. Approvals to be tracked in-system to replace the current manual email process, which is inefficient and often overlooked.

Sort by Forum/Category in Admin Portal I want to be able to sort by the forum/category column (ideally starting with the categories that have the most feedback, but anything would be an improvement!). When reviewing our feedback, this would be extremely helpful in grouping related feedback items, so that we are not jumping across topics. To solve this in the meantime, we've been manually filtering individual categories, but this is not ideal because a lot of our categories only have 2-3 tickets each month, which means we're changing the filter every ~5 minutes during our discussion.

Advanced Filtering: Complex And/Or options I want more complex filtering options. For example, if I use advanced filters on labels and I want to return results 'Label A AND (Label B OR Label C)' there is no way to do this. I only have all of, any of, none of. Additonally, when using advanced filters, we are only able to add a single label filter option. So I could theoretically do this action if I was able to create multiple lines

Advanced Filters: Labels dropdown should conform to the latest UX update in advanced filters, the labels dropdown displays as a single tiered list, and not in any logical order. very hard to determine what to select. we would like to see this dropdown as the tiered structure

Filter ideas by Salesforce Integration fields We can currently filter by Account Name which is a field that syncs with Salesforce. It would be AMAZING to be able to filter by additional fields that sync'd from Salesforce. There is huge potential for data insights to be able to filter and show what ideas affect certain types of accounts, or regions, or etc. I know we can do this via segments, but not everyone is able to create those and filtering would be so much more flexible.

Admin Console to have "Users & Accounts" to the left-hand sidebar so that it's not hidden behind the "More" section Users & accounts being hidden behind "more" in the admin console can be inconvenient and it would make more sense if it was displayed directly on the toolbar

List Prioritization: Merged Ideas adopt Priority When merging ideas that exist on Idea Lists, the idea it is merged into should adopt the previous idea list priority? or maybe a dialog to confirm if there is a conflict?
Right now, it is an extra step to assign priority when we merge an idea that already has a priority

Add an AI Agent to consolidate feedback AI agents are the rage these days. I think it would be great to ask questions to an AI bot that helps users find relevant ideas, identify target audiences, etc
For example, I could conversationally ask, "what are the most active ideas in the last 90 days for a particular client segment" and it would automatically provide a prefiltered list and even possible an impact report type export.

Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.
It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.
