Disable comment for completed and closed ideas Once an idea is completed or closed I want to disable comments on that idea to avoid redundancy of comments from users and admin.
1 voteYou can now configure a ‘status’ to disallow new votes and/or new comments. This applies to all ideas that are in that status. To update your status configurations go to Settings → Feedback Forums → Statuses and then edit the statuses as desired.

Integration with ClickUp A request to connect ideas in Uservoice to tasks in ClickUp by syncing the Reach columns (users and accounts supporting it) to help calculate the ROI inside ClickUp. Additionally, the ability to sync the task ID and status back to UserVoice would remove the manual effort of updating of two systems.

Toggle default notification setting when adding voters to idea In the admin console when you add a voter to an idea, it defaults to subscribing them and you have to uncheck if you don't want them subscribed.
It would be good to have a way to control this, in case you want it to default to not subscribing the user.

Auto-aggregate feedback from multiple sources Ability to take feedback (closed lost notes, tickets labeled feedback, etc) and auto-associate or auto-aggregate them in some way.
In other words, remove the manual approach from requiring end users and internal folks from manually capturing and aggregating feedback.

slack integration trigger adding a label With the Slack Integration, we would like to have ideas posted into channels only when a specific label or custom field is assigned. This will allow us to ensure the proper teams are receiving the new ideas.
Category is too vague and our users don't always categorize items correctly.

Ability to add HTML tags to the widget The main purpose of this is to:
- Make a sentence begin on a new line using the <br> tag
- Insert a link to the description field so that users can go to a support page using the <a> tag

Engagement Information It would be great if we could get some information about how users are reaching an idea. For example, are they finding the idea within the forums (in-site) or through links? Not sure if this is possible but it would be insightful to see.

Date Display for Ideas/Suggestions Users want to see the date for a suggestion displayed near the title without having to click into the suggestion. Extra points if there is an indication of when a suggestion was last voted on.

Email notifications when someone adds comment where I am the owner or I have added a comment before An email notification should be sent to the Idea Owner of the users who have already commented on the idea. Because of this, we are missing some important communications. Today, there is 'Activity Update > Comments-when a new comment s posted' notification event but it sends email for any comment added on any idea, spamming the inbox.

Include Idea Title in Idea Submission Confirmation Email I received asking if the confirmation emails users receive after submitting an idea can be improved. The ask is if the email can include the title of the suggestion they have submitted, so that they can easily know at a glance which suggestions we have already submitted?

Be able to sort by account on the user's page When viewing a list of users, you can't sort by account. Would like a way to sort by account, as this can be a quick way to quickly see which customers aren't connected to an account yet.

Require Contributor Console Forum Without Default When a contributor is creating an idea, the ‘belongs in forum’ is a little small, and we are finding the users are not prompted well enough to select the correct forum. We defaulted to our internal forum, which is fine. BUT, is there a way to not set a default in this page and force the contributor to select a forum?

Make it possible to enter code in an idea description Even if it is not a majority use case for the kinds of products that UserVoice supports, there will be times when technical users want to add feedback that includes programming code.
It should be possible to receive and sanitise code just like StackExchange do…

When view the ideas in the forum you should be able to see all ideas no matter of status. When I view the ideas on a forum (not in the admin portal) I can only see the open ideas or by the closed ones by status. I would like to see (and would like my users to see) all submitted ideas regardless of status.

Create notification when sharing an Idea List When an Idea List, or an Idea List with an Impact Report is shared, there is no notification to the receiving user. I shared an idea list with two people, and they were both confused/said they didn't receive it until going into the portal and reviewing Idea Lists. Some type of alert would be very helpful here.

Be able to remove status history on an idea Sometimes the status of an idea changes. For example, the PM team might have started work on a new feature, but then put it back in the backlog and the status is changed from "started" to "planned."
Since users can review the history of an idea on the web portal it could look to them like the product is going backwards and erode confidence.
Admins would like the ability to remove the status history from being accessible users or erase a previous status.

Ability to understand the engagement of contributor ideas' I post several ideas and I don't get too much information about it, like:
who saw my idea? where the users came from?
wow much time people spend reading about it?I just see that I invest a good time sharing my ideas but never get any feedback or follow up the discussion.

Expose Idea Insights to non-admins Provide a way to expose the "Idea Insights" to non-admins, perhaps on the landing page? While non-admins have a way to monitor hot, top, new ideas within individual forum, this would give all users a view on just in, trending ideas, most chatty ideas activity overall.

Show who is getting notified of public status updates When you make a public status update, a message "Email x subscribers" shows.
This number, x, is the total number of voters who are subscribed and don't have status updates turned of in their global notification preferences AND admins who do have the admin notification preference for all status updates.
We do not surface this clearly in the UI, and we should either provide explanatory text as to what this number includes, or somehow surface who is getting notified.
It could be just a list of the admins who will get notified, since they aren't included in the "User…
