Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.

Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. Provide a field that can be sorted by state for product ideas I am in Washington State and I don't care to see ideas specific to other states. Please add a required field for product ideas for the state it's being posted for and make it a filtered field so I can filter to only Washington State ideas.

Edit Idea categories not sorted in the alphabetical order This latest update is just horrible. I already reported a lot of issues (https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-general-feedback/suggestions/46757824-general-feedback-on-console-changes-june-2023), and this time I want to address this specific one.

View a list of contributors supporting a group of ideas It would be great to see a list of contributors who have supported a group of ideas whether that is a category of ideas or a curate a list of ideas based on a theme (ie. label) from the grid.

Filter by last updated user activity in the idea grid It would be great to be able to filter by user 'last updated' or new activity (ie. idea, vote, comments, rating) in the idea grid rather than having to click into filters - similar to how other columns can!

Ability to choose columns in Account Explorer In Insights>Account Explorer there is a fixed set of columns you can see for accounts and then when you drill into an account to see the ideas associated with the account you see a fixed set of columns there. In both places it would be incredibly useful to be able to customise the columns shown to see more useful data.

Improve the 'Feedback' tab in Roadmap The feedback tab in the Roadmap isn't user-friendly. I cannot easily see the information associated with each idea added, such as description, status, last updated, custom fields, etc. There is also no direct link back to the idea if there are no comments (see attached)
Seeing the individual feedback comments is only useful when I have context about the particular idea it is attached to.
Ideally, this tab is just a filtered view of the Idea table for the ideas added to the feature. For us, it's more important to see the ideas associated with a feature so we can…

Public and Internal Comment Radio Button Doesn't Switch When Replying Internally in a Thread In the Idea Detail page, when you click on an Internal Comment to "Reply Internally" the radio button in the top dialogue comment box radio button doesn't switch to "internal." This appears confusing as to whether your comment is internal or public facing.

Relocate Created info Date Often we need to see the created date, especially when merging. Now with the new UX it is hidden behind a collapsed view. Can we either not collapse the details by default or relocate the created by info so it isn't collapsed??

New look ideas page - show internal status description On the new look ideas page you can see the internal status on the right hand side but not the internal status description which is really important for us without clicking on the internal status. Would be great if this was shown under the internal status field on the right hand side.

Bug with Scroll Bar when on Insights Tab within an Idea When on the Insights tab within an Idea I am not able to scroll down to see the ID # and any other information below the Importance Scale. The scroll bar just snaps back to the top.

General feedback on console changes June 2023 Recent changes into Admin Console are strange.
The text area Description field in Edit Idea modal is tiny on my 1920×1200 display. Margins are giant. This makes editing text painful.
Categories in this modal are not sorted alphabetically in the dropdown!
Adding labels forces the whole page to reload in background. Why?
When choosing labels, we have the same problem as with the Edit Idea — I can see only 7 labels! Seven! Why not all 40 I use?
No 'popular choices for labels' when none is attached yet. The whole column is just empty.

New Details Page: default open to Insights tab/sticky I like the new details page UX. Could we configure the default page that opens up (currently defaults to Activity) or default to show the last opened tab? We prefer to see the "Insights" tab by default

Be notified via Slack when assigned to an Idea As a PM, I would like to be notified via Slack when I'm assigned as the owner of an Idea.

Search for Slack channels As an Admin, I'd like to be able to search for a Slack channel when configuring UserVoice to a Slack channel.
Currently, I have to scroll through a very long list of Slack channels that exist in our workspace. The dropdown is also quite narrow, so it makes it hard to read the channel names.
