  2. Improve web portal display with several SSO tenants

    UserVoice supports setup of multiple SSO tenants, however, the display on the default web portal takes up too much space, and is generally an unacceptable aesthetic experience.

  3. Allow linking two ideas in different forums together without merging

    I want the ability to link multiple ideas from different forums without having to merge them and losing the entry on one of the forums. Ideally the ideas would remain in their respective forums untouched from the customer side but in the Admin Portal the comments, votes, etc.. would be combined into a single entry. This would allow for easier maintenance on my end and customers wouldn't have to search multiple forums to find the single merged idea.

    Allow users to select forum and category when adding suggestions in the feedback widget. We have a few different forums and users are adding duplicate entries into the wrong forum because they only see the categories available for our default forum.

    Enable linking of UserVoice Ideas to multiple Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instances. Under this design you would be able to select one of a predefined set of valid ADO instances, and then enter the ADO Work Item ID.

    There could be an option to define a 'default' ADO instance, where you simply need to enter the Work Item ID as per current functionality. If you want to enter a ADO Work Item ID for another ADO Instance, you would need to override the default ADO Instance to specify which (alternative) instance you want and then enter the ADO Work Item…

  15. Do not combine unrelated email threads based on subject line

    Stop combining unrelated, independent email threads when different senders happen to choose the same subject. It is cumbersome to deal with the artificial problems introduced when separate email chains with no shared history are automatically merged.

    On the web portal, search terms that are 2 characters do not work.

    Some products may have terminology that consist of 2 character terms that may need to be searched.

  19. Custom data on NPS submissions

    When a user submits an NPS score, Product Managers need the full context on the score at that point in time. This can include the device and OS at the time of submission, their product version, the page they were on, screen size or other internal data points, etc.

    This data should be captured and saved against the NPS score so admins can see, not just who submitted on a score and their traits (if they're being collected), but also important details surrounding the context of the score.
