Ability to filter for ideas that are tied to Features To keep on top of which suggestions are not being prioritized it would be helpful to know which suggestions are or are not tied to Features.

Sort forums consistently in admin console, web portal, and settings In the suggestion setting of the admin console, forums are ordered by the number of suggestions in each forum with public forums grouped at the top of the list. On the web portal and in the admin console settings, forums are shown in alphabetical order. It would be helpful to have this order be consistent in all 3 places, or let admins choose their own order.

Sort Suggestions by Description Sort suggestions by descriptions. Only my team manages descriptions but all of our employees can submit suggestions. I need to make sure every suggestion has a description or details and right now I have to scroll through a long list to find the ones that don't have a description. Allow me to sort by description so that these are easier to find.

The UI for managing the public status needs a Usability tweak. Love the new ability to set/manage an internal status. However, there's room for improvement for the iconography with the public status, see attachment.
The status icon is using a globe (for public) not the grey dot for under review status.
It also remains 'open' after posting a status which makes it seem like it doesn't have a status assigned. It might be better to auto-close it after setting the status.

Import comments Just like you can import ideas, it would be ideal to import comments via CSV file as well.

Follow updates for everything an account supports It would be great to follow accounts, so that when an update occurs for anything a user on an account is associated with, I can be aware as well.

Capture Ideas on behalf of an Account Capture Suggestions on behalf of an Account, not just a user, and without email as a requirement.

Label ideas automatically Would like to create labels based on the URL of the page automatically.

Make it clear required fields were not filled out in Contributor Sidebar Ideally, the Save button on the contributor sidebar should be greyed-out when an idea has not been selected.
A few of our contributors got tripped up by this, they typed in the feedback, clicked the save button and got confused because nothing happened. They didn't realize that their feedback hadn't been submitted because they hadn't selected an idea.

Widget Experience on Mobile: Orientation Resize has a delay When the uservoice widget is rendered in landscape mode on mobile, it takes a second or two to resize so that it looks okay. This is without scrolling and seems like the resizing has a delay.
1 voteOur Engineering team looked into this. We do expect it could take the widget a second or two to resize when viewing in landscape mode on mobile.

Detailed errors when import fails It would be nice to have better information on a failed import. For example, if I load 1000s of suggestions and get an error for each line stating that there are special characters, it would be much easier if I was given a list of what those characters were to make them easier to find.

When Roadmap item is completed, automatically set completed status on linked suggestions If a Roadmap Item is addressing several Suggestions, implement an option for informing (email notification) at once all suggestions creators.

The translated UV widget should map to the feedback forum that is translated to the same language We recently implemented the translated UV widget (https://feedback.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/200955-change-the-language-of-the-widget-ui-based-on-the), but it seems to have a key limitation of only mapping to the first feedback forum created, which is our American English feedback forum. This is a blocking issue as it means that when using the UV widget, users can see the widget translated into another language, but their idea searches come back with American English results and their idea postings post to our American English forums which our language specialists do not monitor. See attached for examples.
We met with a UV rep twice before implementing the translated widget…

Allow anonymous suggestions Don't require users to enter an email address when posting suggestions or comments on specific forums.

A core value of UserVoice is communication, allowing Product Managers not only to hear from users, but communicate back to them around their feedback.
We also help Product Managers when evaluating ideas, not only see how many people want it, but who those people are, enabling them to make data driven decisions.
Anonymous suggestions don’t allow either of those, and aren’t part of our vision for the product at this time.
While we are saying “no” to this particular idea, please keep sharing. We do appreciate you sharing your thoughts and product needs with us!

Remove deleted VSTS items from Suggestion in UserVoice If you have a VSTS item linked to a Suggestion in UV, then you delete the item in VSTS, it still shows on the suggestion in UV.

Add tags to VSTS work items when creating from UserVoice I'd like to be able to add a tag to an item when it is posted to VSTS.

Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.

This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects”. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.
