  3. Add place to post guidelines, instructions for a forum.

    Want to be able to post announcements and guidelines for the forum. While you can add some content in the welcome or forum message, these distract from user engaging with the forums.

    Would like to be able to post rich content that displays within the overall UV experience.

  6. Report on response rate for NPS

    It would be helpful to know how many users were prompted with the NPS survey during a given time frame vs. how many ratings were actually submitted.

  7. Export unique labels separately

    Right now, when you use the analysis export, the labels are lumped in the same cell.

    This makes it difficult for admins to create reports around labels.

  11. Show user's UserVoice activity at the contact, account, and opportunity level in Salesforce

    By having user feedback from UserVoice logged in a field in Salesforce ( SFDC ) they'll be able to run their own custom reporting easier, both in SFDC and third party analytics tools that are already being used with SFDC (like Segment.io)

  12. Have a feature view for executives

    Have a view of features for just executives where they can play around with what their PMs are saying are impacts to see how that changes priority if they want to evaluate the feature as a lower level effort or different impact without altering the standard copy

  14. Allow Drag and Drop of images to UserVoice suggestion attachment panel

    Add drag-n-drop support for image/attachments to the UserVoice widget.

    Currently drag and dropping an image into the "Post an Idea" attachment area results in the browser or application loading the image. The panel should interpret dropped content as attachments to prevent applications relying on this panel experience to be in unusable states.

  15. Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions

    If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.

    If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

    It isn't possible to edit the email address that is autopopulated in the Zendesk Contributor sidebar. Would like for the support agent to change the email for the contributor.

  17. Do not require hh;mm:ss in date field in UI for editing features

  18. Don't use uvts cookie in widget until user opens the widget

    When a user loads a page where the UserVoice widget code is embedded, a utvs cookie is immediately set.

    While this cookie is GDPR compliant and contains no PII, some customers would prefer that cookie not be set unless the user opens the widget.
