Sort by Forum/Category in Admin Portal I want to be able to sort by the forum/category column (ideally starting with the categories that have the most feedback, but anything would be an improvement!). When reviewing our feedback, this would be extremely helpful in grouping related feedback items, so that we are not jumping across topics. To solve this in the meantime, we've been manually filtering individual categories, but this is not ideal because a lot of our categories only have 2-3 tickets each month, which means we're changing the filter every ~5 minutes during our discussion.

Automated Impact Report with Theme and Pain Point Detection Run impact reports more automatically—without needing to manually select filters or inputs. Ideally, it could analyze ideas on its own, identify key themes or patterns (like thematizing), and surface common pain points.

Display Flag Reasons and Resolution Details in Grid View Add columns to the grid view to show why an idea was flagged and, if cleared, how the flag was resolved without needing to open the idea details page.

Chrome Extension: Link Multiple Ideas It would be wonderful to link more than one UV when creating feedback on behalf of our users It's not totally uncommon for us to subscribe a user to a few UVs based on their comments and I just thought it would be really cool if we could add one user to multiple ideas. less clicks is always great!!

Add creator to All Idea list view In the All Idea list view there is no column for who created the idea. This would be a nice addition without having to open up each idea separately.

Custom Questions per Forum The Chrome Extension is meeting our needs partially for this particular use case. We'd like to able to customize the questions on the Extension by product area (forum). For example, we would want our Advocates to see a different custom form than our Product Managers. Different Product Owners want to capture different details, and not all Custom Questions are applicable to each product area. This should also translate to Custom Idea Fields.

Allow the setting of a DNS override for Jira integration We would like for UserVoice to be able to configure a DNS override that would point our UserVoice instance to a different hostname for the Jira integration

Expand Idea List Permissions In order to expand idea list adoptions across our org, we need more flexible permissions. Some examples:
View only Admins can create and edit personal idea lists, but once they share they lose edit access. We would like to allow these users to edit lists they create, regardless if they share or not.
Additionally, we need more granularity around view/edit access on Idea Lists. I need to be able to share the list and allow certain individuals to edit or view the list, regardless of view/edit permissions of the individual ideas.

Expose Forum Id in Edit Console It would be a better user experience to expose the forum ID in the edit modal instead of needing to go find it via the api or url

Forum Name in Comment Email notification Add 'Forum Name/s' in the 'New Comment on an Idea'. In large organizations like ours, we have multiple forums. Knowing the Forum Name directly from the email will save us hassle of going to the details of the page of the Idea.

Use SSO options for roadmaps as authorized users For internal roadmaps, allow option to choose SSO option as authorization to view roadmap.
OR
When a site is restricted, the public roadmap that we share with users is also ideally "restricted" to only SSO users.2 votes -
Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.
It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.

"My Feedback" tab on web portal to include all of my feedback across forums When going to the "my feedback" tab from the web portal, it would be nice to see all of my feedback across all forums

Ability to filter and sort ideas based on Importance rating (web portal) I've had a number of users request the ability to easily view which ideas they've given a particular importance rating to, as well as the ideas they haven't given a rating to yet. If a user could filter by and/or sort ideas by the importance rating they have provided (or lack there of) that would help them quickly reference the ideas that are most important to them and identify ideas they haven't rated yet.

Key Metrics Data Visibility Add ability or link within the Impact Report to view the accumulated key metrics data, instead of just the totals.
