Make Idea Details Scrollable on Small Screens When user a smaller window, the idea details is not scrollable when trying to leave an internal comment which cuts off the save button.

Require Contributor Console Forum Without Default When a contributor is creating an idea, the ‘belongs in forum’ is a little small, and we are finding the users are not prompted well enough to select the correct forum. We defaulted to our internal forum, which is fine. BUT, is there a way to not set a default in this page and force the contributor to select a forum?

move an idea to a different forum in a idea view As an Admin, i spend most of my time in the idea view, reviewing, providing comments, changing status, assigning owners. Some ideas are submitted into the wrong Forum/category. In order to change this, back out of the Idea window, click on the row selector, go to the bottom of the screen, click on the elipse (...) click on move idea and then I can move the idea to a new forum.
Or I can to copy the idea title, open up "all activity" search for the idea. click on edit, and change the forum.
Both of these options are not…

Ability to add attachments from Slack to an idea It would be great if you could upload an image to the integration modal when attempting to port feedback from Slack and into UV.
It would be super cool if the integration could automatically scrape all images that were shared in the Slack thread / message where the integration was kicked off from but..even just a more manual upload of an image attachment within the modal would suffice.

Admin View Only Permission Admin view-only permission should be named something else, such as "viewer". The term "admin" can be sensitive to a company security requirements. There should be an additional license name between contributor and admin.

Additional Roadmap Field Options Rich text for text/multi-line text field types - In your text fields I cannot use basic text editing attributes like bold, underline, bullets, numbering and hyperlinks. This is super important for feature description that usually contain high level requirements or pointers to external docs.
Multi-select list field type - When I'm building my roadmap, I sometimes need pre-defined lists of customers/components/teams/etc. to choose from, when multiple values are crucial (let's say my feature is needed by several customers or impact several components in the product).

Idea Submitter Visible in the Admin Console Ideas View Good Evening,
I can't see a way to surface the 'idea' submitters details (i.e. name or email address) in the admin console ideas view. It would be a great add on features as we could sort by this parameter. Thank you2 votes -

Slack thread summarizer Slack threads tend to be long, especially for support requests. Leveraging AI functionality or otherwise, would be good to summarize a slack thread and derive product feature requests out of it while using "Send to UserVoice" functionality in Slack.

Add messaging about the inability to end an idea body with a link in the web portal When submitting an idea from the web portal, if the end of the idea body is a link, the idea will not post and there will be an error. My biggest concern is that there is no messaging about this. The user experience takes them to a blank white page instead of a dialogue box that instructs the user to make a correction. The experience looks broken.Ending a comment with a link is pretty common.
2 votesTo share a little insight here: The vast majority of spam we see submitted to UserVoice sites end in a link. As a quick fix, we blocked postings that ended in a URL but did so without providing an error message. Much of this spam was submitted by a human being, so failing silently would get rid of the spam without revealing a workaround.
We're checking to see whether or not this restriction still makes sense or if there are better ways we can mitigate spam without the undesirable result for legitimate end users.

Show Internal Status updates in Internal Comments Show internal status updates in the Internal comments tab so they don't get lost amongst the All Activity tab that includes a large volume of customer comments

Multiple website with common root directory Your product is superb. There should be a possibility to point more than one application (domain or website) to same root directory for multiple websites in PHP custom.

Include custom field entries in activity feed It'd assist with my reporting, and help keep an audit trail, if it was possible to see when a custom field was edited, and who had edited it.

Display Status Update Comments Display Comments on status change updates in Admin View.
Currently it's necessary to navigate to the public portal view to see what the comment on the status update is.

Public Status Text Colour Hi,
The current problem I am facing is that I am allowed to choose colours to the public status background but not the text colour. I have add a custom CSS to change the text colour for the portal (perfect) but when I see the status in the Idea Insights page the text is white. =/
Can I have an option to set the text-colour of the public status that would be applied to the public portal and my Idea Insights page?
