Merging ideas & moderation of comments Please remove the comment moderation step when merging ideas. If I’ve reviewed an idea and decided it should be merged into another, it doesn’t make sense to then have to manually approve the user’s comment afterwards. It’s just an unnecessary extra step.
The goal is to ensure their feedback is carried over, not just their vote - this should happen automatically during the merge.
Please reconsider this flow.

Show whole SEGMENT column heading in Suggestions Allow users of the Suggestions section of the Console to see the whole column heading od SEGMENT columns (e.g. always show the full heading, allow column width to be adjusted, at least have a hover text tooltip to display the whole column heading.
Currently, a segment heading allows only the first 2 characters of the heading to display (after the word SEGMENT) - see attched screenshot1 voteWith our recent updates to the idea grid, column headers are now fully visible and column widths are adjustable!

Microsoft Account (MSA) SSO Provide SSO support for MSA. MSA encompasses Microsoft provided accounts, such as @live, @hotmail, and @microsoft only.
Adding this support would allow a forum to remain public, while still being mandatory for users to sign in to their MS account if they want to leave feedback, vote, or comment on an idea.

Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. We've got some ideas in the works for how to do this (and more) to let you customize which Ideas you'd like to follow and get notified when activity happens.

Export the roadmap My internal stakeholders using the Contributor portal would like to have more flexibility with the roadmap view similar to how it would look in a spreadsheet. This would be a list view but because this isn't available, my users are looking to be able to export the feature roadmap to Excel and work with the data outside the system.

Client Account Portal Client Account Portal - Would like clients to have their own admin/account portals to manage and appropriately vote on their strategic initiatives from an account level. Would like the admin portal to have permission levels - allowing clients to give visibility to their stakeholders on their ideas, vote on other ideas but not changing the importance level of the idea. Expand Idea List Permissions In order to expand idea list adoptions across our org, we need more flexible permissions. Some examples:
View only Admins can create and edit personal idea lists, but once they share they lose edit access. We would like to allow these users to edit lists they create, regardless if they share or not.
Additionally, we need more granularity around view/edit access on Idea Lists. I need to be able to share the list and allow certain individuals to edit or view the list, regardless of view/edit permissions of the individual ideas.

Idea Insights lists (trending ideas, inactive ideas, etc) on a dedicated page Each of the lists of ideas (trending, this just in, Inactive, etc) on the Idea Insights tab should be scannable in more than just the widget on that tab.
This would help users take more actions in the context of each of those list of ideas. For example, bulk delete of "inactive ideas" or bulk status updates on ideas with no status in a while.
3 votesIdea Insights has gotten a refresh. In addition to a visual update, you can now:
- Navigate from each section of the report to the grid with the same Ideas listed, so that you can operate on them in bulk or review them with complete context
- Change the time frame for the both the top and bottom sections of the report
- The report is now responsive, so it will stack vertically on smaller screen sizes

Remember user's preferred authentication methods If they sign-in with email address, present that option. If they sign-in with SSO, automatically log them in.

Setting "None" status after responding with another status. Please restore the ability to select "None" for the status label after a status has been assigned. We respond to ideas using the "none" status to confirm that we've seen them, and to let users know that their idea is a good one, however - If I need to ask a question, I update with a different status for tracking purposes. And currently, if they respond to the question I ask, I'm unable to put the status back to "None" - I have to switch to the old uservoice interface in order to accomplish this, it's quite irritating.

Unlink Completed Ideas from Roadmap Features If I have a feature on my roadmap with multiple ideas linked to it, and then mark some of those ideas as Completed, I would like those ideas to be unlinked so I can see the demand and feedback for the remaining ideas. This would be useful for feedback around a topic that our users have extensive thoughts about.
For instance, if I were a pizza company and the feedback was for new topping ideas, I might have a feature for all the new toppings to get a feel for the demand out there to add toppings to our…

Let me stay on an idea after adding it to a roadmap If I open an idea from the idea grid so that it slides out from the side, and then choose to link that idea to a feature, I can click off the idea and return to the grid to continue working. That's great.
On the other hand, if I use the option "Add Idea to Roadmap", then I can't return to the idea grid. Clicking the back arrow or just clicking off to the side on the idea grid unexpectedly navigates me to the roadmap instead. I have hundreds of ideas to add to various roadmaps and every time I…

We've updated subscribing end users to updates to be on by default, but if you change this selection, we'll remember your preference so you don't have to keep changing it every time.

Be able to search SSO Logs - You need to troubleshoot an SSO issue and find a token for a specific user
- You have to scroll through every single page of SSO logs to find the one you want.
- This is time consuming for admins when troubleshooting an issue, and we spend a lot of time scrolling through logs to find the data we need.
- Need to be able to search the logs by email address, username and if possible, GUIDs as well.

Increase visibility of inviting users to a private forum This setting is incredibly hard to find for a new customer.

Ability to sort on the Settings page for end-users to easily locate older ideas they have voted or commented on End-users that look up their past ideas on the web portal have difficulty locating old ideas to find updates/make comments when they are not subscribed or haven't seen activity in a while.
