Have Sidebar bookmark name include domain When adding the contributor sidebar bookmark, have the domain name in the bookmark name so it can be distinguished if there are users in multiple domains

Email response to reactions on status update Provide a feature where product teams can gain context from users that give a thumbs down, downvote, negative reaction to a status update

Increase idea description character limit The character limit for the idea description field is currently 10,000. Some users are running out of space when creating ideas and would like the limit to be increased.

Sort by Plan field (column) in UserVoice Right now, you can't sort by the "plan" field in UserVoice. Admins would like to be able to sort by the plan field on the users and accounts page.

Be able to add suggestions to merge selection while picking merge target Users are merging a suggestion from the moderation queue. In the target suggestion picker they come across other suggestions which they would like to include in their merge.

Urgency Score Summary or Tool Tip Provide a text summary on suggestions that is being rated with urgency, or offer a tool tip help users understand better what is being taken into account to create this scoring.

Enhance the idea search capability in the Zendesk integration Enhance the search idea field within the Zendesk integration, allow users to search ideas by keywords and allow system to find ideas with similar terms, or include account name in search

Be able to post idea from web portal landing page It would be ideal, not only that you can search for an existing idea in the landing page of the web portal, but also if end users are able to post a general idea and/or choose what forum that idea belongs to.

Email Triggers to send auto emails Ability to set triggers for when pre-created emails should go out. Ie: when an email receives x amount of votes, send an email to all users letting them know that the product team will not look at the idea for consideration.

Add specific emails for private forum, without sending them an invitation We would like to add end-users to a private forum, without having to send them an invitation from UserVoice, but instead just linking the private forum in our comms.

Submit a New Idea From the "Idea Details" Page We would like our users to be able to submit a new idea, from the "Idea Details" page. If the exisiting idea doesn't cover what they need, they should be able to create a new idea.

Show which Forum an idea was posted in the Slack Integration Customers with multiple forums using the Slack integration, want to see which forum the idea was posted to when it's pushed to Slack.
This way they can see at a glance, where users are posting and don't have to click out each time.

Customize the amount of time the "Thank you" message in the NPS widget lasts There is a "Thank you" screen that appears in the widget after you have sent a satisfaction rating.
It would be good to be able to make this screen last longer, so users don't think anything is wrong.

Keep Grid View Visible While Navigating to Idea Details Page When navigating to an idea-specific page, users lose visibility of their grid list, which disrupts their workflow. Keep the grid view or idea list visible in a side panel or persistent header to maintain context and track tasks without losing their place. This ensures smoother multitasking and better organization across different ideas.

An option to set permissions for anyone with roadmap URL The page you’re directed to when browsing the URL to your internal roadmap is a read only page. Only admins from inside the admin console of the UserVoice UI have permission to alter the cards or buckets on the roadmap. We would like an ability to allow users to take actions on this page.

Include Comments to be counted as responses for Public statuses Once a Public Status has been set, we would like for comments to be counted as responses and thus be included in the number of responses within the new Public Status information box.
