  2. Click on a notification for a message reply should open the reply directly

    Hi there,

    I had this notification saying 2 persons answered my message. When I click the notification, it opens the suggestion window, but I have to scroll and search for the replies myself. Also if more than 1 person answered, it doesn't say who, making it even harder to find the reply.

  4. Native Integration with Zoom

    I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.

    There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.

    Hi – thanks for sharing this idea. We’re interested to hear if this is a problem for other customers as well which will help us decide if it is a feature we need to consider building.

  11. Please provide a Jira integration with no write permissions to Jira.

    Due to security concerns, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to integrate where admins cannot create tickets. Without that option we are unable to utilize this integration.

  14. Add support for encrypted SAML assertions

    The SAML metadata provided by UserVoice does not include a public key. So, SAML assertions sent by an IdP are not encrypted (though they may be signed).

    Although SAML assertions are delivered to UserVoice over TLS, having them be encrypted prevents the browser (and anything bad running on the browser) from reading the assertion. Also, using encrypted assertions can help to block other problems; for example, see https://shibboleth.net/community/advisories/secadv_20180227.txt for an instance of a security bug that mainly affected unencrypted assertions.

  15. Integrate with Call Recording / Transcription Software to allow feedback to be captured

    With the rise of Call Recording and Call Transcription Software like Otter (used by Zoom), Gong.io and Chorus.ai Uservoice should be able to integrate with these platforms which could allow users to say a key phrase like "thats a great suggestion, let me take a note" which would trigger the feedback to be noted.

    Because services like these transcribe calls, the transcription could provide context for the Admin to make the next appropriate actions (Create a new idea, add to existing, etc).

  16. Need a filter for open Ideas that contain the blocker flag

    There is no simple way to filter all ideas that contain blockers. We should also be able to pull up reports on accounts and users who have left feedback marked blocker. Pulling reports or setting up your API is not an easy solution that will help. Please add a filter to include all blocker feedback.

    Hey there, while we haven't implemented this exact request, we have recently made changes that allow you to:

    • Filter the activity and moderation page by ideas with flags
    • Sort the idea grid by ideas that have flags that have not yet been cleared

  18. Suggestion link in merge dialogue should open in the Admin Console

    When clicking a Suggestion link, in the Suggestion merge dialogue, the link takes you out to the web portal.

    As I'm in the Admin Console, this interrupts my workflow. I would expect the Suggestion to open in the Admin Console also as this is where I'm working.

  19. Add custom scoring fields to Roadmap Feature Cards

    We'd like the ability to add certain custom scoring items to Roadmap cards. In this case, I've created an "Estimated Cost" score and would like to have that listed next to the Users/Accounts/Potential Revenue.
