  1. Customer facing Team groups in Uservoice

    Hi team. A visual structure that customers can be recognised as part of a team, group or company.
    For example: Team name "Microsoft" members name "Steve". All the ideas submitted by the team are shown under the team page and badges generated for teams that submit a number of ideas. 1-10 ideas gets the first badge, 10-50 ideas another badge. 50-100 etc.

  4. Make ideas searchable by ID number on the Web Portal

    As an end user, it would be useful to have an ID number assigned to every suggestion that I can reference in a search query rather than rely on keyword search results in the title of the suggestion

  5. Mapping Documentation for feedback from other systems like GetSat, ProductBoard, and Aha!

    Importing from other applications is pretty standard for UserVoice but it would be helpful if we could have a visual or some sort of documentation that explains how feedback is mapped from different systems.

  10. Click on a notification for a message reply should open the reply directly

    Hi there,

    I had this notification saying 2 persons answered my message. When I click the notification, it opens the suggestion window, but I have to scroll and search for the replies myself. Also if more than 1 person answered, it doesn't say who, making it even harder to find the reply.

  12. Native Integration with Zoom

    I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.

    There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.

    Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how…

    Hi – thanks for sharing this idea. We’re interested to hear if this is a problem for other customers as well which will help us decide if it is a feature we need to consider building.

  19. Please provide a Jira integration with no write permissions to Jira.

    Due to security concerns, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to integrate where admins cannot create tickets. Without that option we are unable to utilize this integration.
