  2. Post Idea Italian Translation is very poor

    The Italian translation of this (Post Idea) widget is very poor. This will negatively effect use by our customers.

  3. Count suggestion creation as customer activity

    A suggestion being created doesn't always count as "Customer Activity" when using the "No Customer activity" filter.

    This can result in suggestions that have been created within the year showing up in "No Customer activity in the past year" if the suggestion was were created via the API, contributor sidebar or imported.

  5. Allow reordering of custom user and account traits in admin view

    When looking at a user, I'd like to put the traits in order of importance, rather than the default of alphabetical.

  6. Shared roadmap views

    The admin view of Roadmaps allows to display the view as Roadmap/List/Graph - these views however are not available when the roadmap is shared. It would be great to have those views also available to the shared view in order to provide it to internal stakeholders for example that do not have the ability to select it from the admin view.

  7. export all feedback related to one roadmap feature

    Would like the ability to export all feedback associated with an individual roadmap feature. Currently, when viewing feedback linked to a feature in the roadmaps tool you can export all of the users tied to a specific feature from the "Users" tab of that feature, but you are not able to export the details of individual suggestions linked to that feature.

  8. Option to define custom scoring (1-5) versus NPS

    Our organization does not utilize NPS and uses a 1-5 rating. It would be great to create a custom scoring vs having to do manual calculations on the backend to get our 1-5 rating.

  11. Ability to configure the widget in the Admin Console

    Provide Admins with the ability to configure and control the widget, in the Admin Console. Right now, you have to update the JS anytime you want to make a change to the widget. You also need to have an engineer configure the widget using JS.

    It would be awesome if one line of code could be placed into an application (the JS SDK), and then the configuration/activation could be managed from within the UserVoice Admin Console.

  12. Refresh the page after signing in

    If you have only private forums, and a public site, when you sign in, the end user is not presented with the forums they have access to. The home page doesn't display any due to the dynamic sign-in.

    Current users have to refresh the page to see the forums they have access to, on the home page. - This is a poor experience.

  14. Include Merged Ideas in Export

    When exporting report of ideas into a excel version i would also like to get the field (true/false) if the idea is merged or not, currently there is no option and you need to export twice (using public status filter active and the merged) and then get into the work to run a lookup function edit to find the merged ideas from the active ideas set

  15. Auto-aggregate feedback from multiple sources

    Ability to take feedback (closed lost notes, tickets labeled feedback, etc) and auto-associate or auto-aggregate them in some way.

    In other words, remove the manual approach from requiring end users and internal folks from manually capturing and aggregating feedback.

  16. Contributor entered Feedback should count as a vote

    When I enter a user's feedback using the sidebar and link it to an existing suggestion I want it to count as a Vote for the suggestion linked to otherwise the feedback manager reviewing support for a suggestion is unlikely to spot that these users also have an interest in it (as the feedback is hidden away in the list of activity for the suggestion rather than the count of supporting users.

    Hello,

    This is currently how this feature works; when feedback is provided by a contributor on behalf of a user, that user is counted as a voter for the idea. If this is not how it is working for you, please let us know and we can investigate it.

  17. Customize the date range of supporters for email reply

    We are trying to target email replies to only include supporters who have added ideas or voted in the last 60 days. Allowing for more customization of who to email instead of just singular or all would be beneficial.
