Track User's last forum Interaction Provide the ability to track User's last Interaction with a forum (Suggestions, comments, votes), separate from last login
2 votesHello, thanks for your feedback. When viewing a user in the admin console, you can view their supported ideas and sort the Last Supported column to view the ideas they most recently voted on. Their detail page also features a chronological view of their activity. Each idea they voted/commented on displays the Forum and Category as well.

Provide currency custom fields that display '$' or the appropriate currency symbol It is helpful for a custom field value that is a money related to display a $ or the appropriate currency to help at first glance.
But the only way to include a $ would be to create the custom field as a string, which doesn't allow sorting like our current number custom field.

Create Segment for user or account fields that are blank/empty Add the ability to create a segment from users that do, or do not have data in a specified field, for example, if "Account Name" is empty.

Have search respect localization Improve the search functionality of UserVoice!
Currently UserVoice search does not understand that color and colour is the same word.
There must be many, many examples of this.

Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.
2 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Add NPS column to the Accounts tab on the Users & Accounts page I would like to have an NPS column on the Accounts tab so that I can easily see the NPS score for each account and sort by NPS score to find unhappy accounts.

Allow bulk updates of texts in title and description for ideas for multiple forums I would like to be able replace a word or phrase in the title and description fields for ideas within multiple forums. There is no way currently to accomplish this other than manually editing each ideas to change a wording. This can be very painful when you have hundreds of ideas that needs to be changed.

Ability to add HTML tags to the widget The main purpose of this is to:
- Make a sentence begin on a new line using the <br> tag
- Insert a link to the description field so that users can go to a support page using the <a> tag

Please move the ''Mark as Spam'' much lower than the ''Merge'' button from Options It's too easy to accidentally click on it, and then we have to go to Spam to unmark them.

Detailed errors when import fails It would be nice to have better information on a failed import. For example, if I load 1000s of suggestions and get an error for each line stating that there are special characters, it would be much easier if I was given a list of what those characters were to make them easier to find.
