  3. Add a ‘User interface’ or ‘General feedback’ Category as the categories provided are too restrictive

  4. API endpoint to unassign seats

    Hello Team,

    Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

  5. Show more salesforce opportunity information in UserVoice.

    we would like to see more information within the UserVoice suggestion, including which opportunity the idea came from, breakdown of individual potential contract values, and the ability to segment this information by company type, geographical location, etc. the way we can for the Salesforce user and account traits that we pass through our custom API integration.

  8. Invite and remove users on multiple private forums at once

    Some accounts have multiple private forums and need to invite the same set of users to the forums or remove the same set of users from each forums. It would be ideal to have a way to do this for all forums at once, instead of having to go into every forum.

  11. View history of status emails and notifications sent to users

    Currently there is no ability to see a history of the emails/notifications that have been sent from UserVoice. If I am needing to go back and see if a certain user received an update email, I have no way of doing that from within the UI.

  12. Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information

    Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
    * The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
    * The page you were on when you captured the feedback
    * The customer's name, email address, and account
    * If the user notified of the status update?

    This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.

    Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want…

    Unauthenticated user tries to vote: When an unauth user tries to vote a small modal pops up with a login button and a message saying they will get updates for this idea.

    Unauthenticated user tries to add a comment or post an idea: When an unauth user tries to add a comment or post an idea they get a message telling them to sign in.

    It would be great to see Roadmap movement like the user activity. When you click on Road map it would be helpful to see both the Roadmap itself and then an activity log of movement on the Roadmap.

  18. Ability to push a custom email from the contributor console and sidebar when capturing an idea or piece of feedback.

    When capturing feedback on behalf of a prospect or user, I'd like to have the ability for the option to have control of an email notification on save. This way when I capture the feedback I can immediately message the prospect or user that their feedback has been captured and have additional context/control over the communication.

  19. Include Account Name on Activity Page

    When on Your Activity page, include the Account name when capturing feedback for a user. "You captured feedback for Jane Doe from UserVoice". Link to the Account feedback.

    Sometimes the account is more important than the person and you may forget what company that user belonged to. So this would be helpful context.

  20. Support for Linking UserVoice Ideas to Multiple Azure Dev Ops Instances

    Enable linking of UserVoice Ideas to multiple Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instances. Under this design you would be able to select one of a predefined set of valid ADO instances, and then enter the ADO Work Item ID.

    There could be an option to define a 'default' ADO instance, where you simply need to enter the Work Item ID as per current functionality. If you want to enter a ADO Work Item ID for another ADO Instance, you would need to override the default ADO Instance to specify which (alternative) instance you want and then enter the ADO Work…
