  2. Remove flags from flagged ideas when they are no longer needed.

    Hi there,

    The new ability for users capturing Feedback to flag an idea as important is awesome! It would be great if we could extend this functionality in a couple of ways:

    1. Add ability for admin users to remove flags once they have served their purpose.
    2. Add the ability for admin users to set this flag on ideas already submitted for internal communication processes.

    Hello!

    A couple weeks back we introduced a feature called “Clear Flag” that allows users to remove a flag from an idea when it is no longer needed. This new feature is easily found when reviewing notes left on any flagged ideas.

    Additionally, this idea had two separate and very good ideas that we have not yet built features for: allowing admins to flag ideas from the admin console and allowing admins to get notified via email when an idea has been flagged as important.

    As an admin, I'd like the ability to automatically notify users if an idea they've submitted has been dis/approved by moderator of a forum.

  5. Allow to paste images as attachments directly from buffer

    Many other feedback services and applications allow to paste images directly from the clipboard into the form.
    Github Issue, Slack, Telegram, Discord (basically every messenger now), Obsidina.md forums (basically any of the forums now)...

    This greatly diminishes the effort a user have to make to report anything. Saving a screenshot as a file (which a user actually does not need), uploading it (even with a drag-n-drop) is slow.

    Users are different, and we’d like to distinguish them more directly in UV with tags: mark some as 'a useful contributor', 'a specialist in a particular topic', 'probably a bot', 'a rude but insightful user'...

  8. allow users to export CSV of their own feedback from the "my feedback" tab

    Currently a user can see all of their feedback by clicking the "My feedback" option on the side menu. This feedback is spread across multiple pages and the user is unable to sort the feedback. Please allow the user to export this list of feedback into a CSV so that they can view it all on one page and sort by category, forum, etc.

    Hey there! When a user goes to their Settings on the web portal (same page containing "My feedback"), they will have an option to export all of their data. This will send the user CSVs of all their data related to their participation within UserVoice.

  11. Add Column Sort to all columns

    make all columns sortable in Users, Accounts and Ideas. For example, on the Suggestions page, several columns have ability to sort, but not Labels. On the Users page, can click to sort by Last Active Date but not User Type or Account. Please make all columns sortable.

  12. feedback-collection widget in-app but that can be customized and user-tagged as regarding specific functionality

    I want a button that floats in the same place on every page in my app that, upon click, loads content specific to that page, and allows users to submit feedback on specific functionality so that individual teams can easily monitor feedback for only the features they're working on.

    I also want a button that users can click that puts the app in a help-mode of sorts wherein floating buttons are revealed that are effectively "show me how this works and tell me everything I need to know in order to use it effectively" buttons—even if that includes…

  13. Add ability to add clipboard screenshots to Post New Idea

    As a software developer, screenshots are crucial for users to communicate issues and suggestions to us. We need this functionality when a user is posting a new idea . Previous UserVoice efforts to obtain screenshots were complex and riddled with issues.

    I have a better idea. Rather than trying to snip a screenshot, why not allow the user to simply paste an image that is already present in their clipboard? The user can use the Windows Snipping Tool (or any other screen capture tool) to capture the image, and easily paste the clipboard image in the browser/user

  14. Remember what page I was on even after I refresh the page

    For example, If the user is look ideas 161 through 180 on the idea grid. After refresh, they should remain on that page as opposed to being kicked back to page 1 (ideas 1 - 20).

  17. Be able to import NPS scores with a CSV

    You can use the API to import NPS scores, but not all teams want to do this. Ideally, there would be a way to import NPS scores and qualitative feedback from a CSV file, like you can with user and account traits.

  19. Specify Applicable Forums when Creating Labels

    Add functionality to enable a definition of Labels on a Forum by Forum basis. When creating a new Label you would specify to which Forum or Forums this Label is to be made available to. The new Label would only appear and be available for use within those Forums. There would also be functionality to link existing Labels to Forums (it is noted that some data cleansing may be required to ensure data integrity).   20. Ability to see who opened and clicked status emails

    Admin can see the users who have opened and clicked status emails. Currently, only the percentages are available with no data of which users actioned and contributed to the percentages of opened and clicked. Thank you.
