Accessibility concerns: form inputs UserVoice uses the following markup pattern for its user idea inputs:
<label> <span class="uvFieldPlaceholder">Label text</span> <input> </label>…which looks good at first glance until it becomes apparent that as soon as one starts typing in a field,
uvFieldPlaceholderis hidden with display:none and is therefore inaccessible.Additionally, when editing a previously posted idea, the form <label>s containing the inputs have no text at all.

Subscribe Non-Licensed Users To Insights Digest She would like to be able to subscribe non Admins or Contributors to Monthly Insights Digest. She wants to be able to keep her execs and leadership informed of UV activity even though they are unlicensed.

We have released our End User API! With this API, you can authenticate end users and securely perform client-side requests to retrieve and post feedback submissions. You can build a feedback collection channel which will allow your end users to obtain a list of forums, search ideas, submit ideas, and vote on existing ideas!

Vote Weighting Provide the ability to weight votes whilst still only assigning one vote per person to an idea.
For example, if a customer votes for an idea this will receive (within the admin view) 10 votes where as if an internal user votes it only receives 1 vote.
The number of 'weighted votes' should be configurable. When an admin is viewing the idea the weighted and none weighted vote score should be shown.

Direct licensed users to appropriate landing page When Admins sign in, direct them to the Admin Console. When Contributors sign in, direct them to the Contributor Console. Web Portal for everyone else.

as a front-end users, Subscribe to roadmap updates for digests (rather than individual "follow" on each roadmap item) improve the usability of roadmap for end users:
the roadmap page for full editor roles has a "subscription" button to get notifications for items that are changing in a digest. This button should be made available to any of our users who have access to the published roadmap. It's good to have "follow" on individual items but it's much better to have a digest of all changes if the users want to.2 votes -
Field placeholder or Prompt for the Description field It is possible to set the field placeholder text for the suggestion title. This is great and allows me to tailor the ask to suit my audience.
I would like to be able to do the same for the suggestion description field. This would enable me to create a more instructional prompt to guide the user on what to enter into the field.
Alternatively allow configuring a prompt for the description field (as we have for title).3 votes -
Custom Cookie Consent We need to be able to enable and customize a cookie consent for the web portal since we show the web portal via our custom subdomain. Ideally we would be able to integrate our existing consent system to be absolutely compliant and guarantee a consistent user journey throughout our websites.
This is a tricky matter for us since it blocks us from integrating GA and we are not sure whether we are compliant at all without the option.1 vote -
Ability to search alpha-numeric ticket numbers without needing quotes When using UserVoice to serve up problem tickets and the current status of each, users need the ability to search for a problem ticket by the ticket number (e.g. PRB010101). Currently, the search functionality breaks apart the search term into "PRB" (returning ALL ideas/problems) and "010101" (which doesn't matter since the "PRB" already returned all items). This is not a user friendly experience and then requires additional search instructions be placed on the forum page(s). While putting quotes around the full ticket number will return the one unique item, this again requires additional instruction and makes the experience…

Be able to delete attachments to Suggestions User-uploaded attachment to a suggestion cannot be removed, except by deleting the suggestion.
If the suggestion receives activity (moderator approval, comments, votes), it then cannot be deleted by the user.
If the attachment contains personal information, the user has no means to address the use/storage of their data.

Ability to change the Statuses for ideas Give users ability to change the status on the ideas. Sometimes users don't post ideas but issues and those need to be flagged separately than ideas and we need another status for those.

Localization of new password-less auth experience (magic link) Provide for the localization of the new authentication experience (magic link) into the end-users' preferred language.

Show owner of feedback as who shared this on the public site When a contributor or any admin enters feedback for a user/customer, the idea displays on the public side as if the idea is owned by that contributor. We need for the idea to show as being owned/entered by the customer who provided the feedback initially. We would prefer to prevent all feedback to appear like it came from the company, or the perception of this. Also, when an idea is being moved to our dev teams, we create a project and list the customer/account who initially submitted the request. This is hard when the idea isn't listed as coming…

improve Roadmap UI Improve the Roadmap UI for end users: 2 main issues:
1- the backend allows to add links for mockups or custom URL (pointing to a release note, etc.) but those are not visible to the front end users. Please make those fields visible to them otherwise what's the point?!
2- the Description field (also called Summary when then viewing a feature) should be rich text and allow to embed pictures - it makes the roadmap feature a lot better to engage front-end users.3 votes -
Display an account’s feedback in contributor sidebar When using the contributor sidebar, be able to pull up an account's supported suggestions, not just a user's.

When setting a status, allow an editable subject field Want to be able to edit the subject of status updates, to more effectively communicate with our users.

Ideas that someone has supported but has not voted or commented on should appear in "My feedback" Ideas that are supported but not voted or commented on should appear in "My feedback."
There are a couple use cases for this:
1) As a user if I submit an idea but do not vote or comment on it, I still want it to appear under "My feedback"
2) As an admin when I add a supporter to an idea in the admin consol, I would like them to see the idea under their "My Feedback" even though they have no commented or voted on the idea
