  1. Auto select newly created labels from within the idea details

    When creating labels from within the idea details view, the newly created label should be auto-checked, so the user does not have to manually check the box after creation

    💫We're thrilled to announce updates to our labeling experience! We prioritized ease of use and to make label application faster. In addition to our coming label recommendations, we hope these productivity enhancements make Idea triage even easier.


    🚀 Here are the improvements we made:

    • We added expand all/collapse all functionality on all label dialogs
    • We made the expanded state the default experience everywhere that labels have already been applied
    • Exposed label settings are accessible everywhere labels can be applied, so that the creation of new labels is always available
    • We unified the label modal across all areas where label application is used
    • The label modal is larger so that longer labels are easier to read and you can see more labels in the window
    • Performance increases come along with the updated label modal

  2. Custom flow for Post Idea Widget

    When a user submits feedback, we would like to display a second screen after submission. This would be to include custom thank you text and possibly links to other relevant sites.

  4. Ability for admin to create a Zendesk ticket in UserVoice

    The Zendesk integration allows the Zendesk users to capture feedback on behalf of an end user from within Zendesk. Would like the ability for the integration to also allow a UserVoice admin to create a Zendesk ticket from an idea.

  5. Edit customer requests in the sidebar

    I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.

    Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

  6. Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments

    The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

  7. Populate contributor experience with all account users

    Currently, only contacts/email address present on the page (in the HTML/DOM) can be pre-populated.

    It would be good to pull all users on the account (in SF or UV otherwise).

  9. Improve clarity and speed of portal Idea Search

    As for the overall performance — yeah, that blinking and waiting and state changing when typing can irritate impatient users, who are already nervous, since they have to report problems or ask for a feature.

  10. Web Forum Maintains Place on the Page when Toggling Hot/New/Top

    When on the Web Portal, we would like to maintain our place on the page when toggling Hot/New/Top - currently the user is scrolled to the top of the page and has to scroll down again

  12. Profile Card with Account Name and Revenue

    Show a profile card when we hover the mouse over the user's name. Show the Email ID, Account Name and Revenue in the Profile Card. It will save us couple of clicks to go to Users/Accounts tab.

    Hello! We've added a hover state on a user's name to display additional user information like their email, company information, last active date, and any feedback related stats linked to the users activity.

  13. Provide default traits for users and accounts

    UserVoice could integrate with various data enrichment services (e.g. Clearbit) to automatically provide key data points about users who give feedback.

    This would provide all customers with an easy avenue for meaningful analysis of their feedback data against key segments before they even begin passing in their own custom traits.

  15. Don't dismiss the NPS widget if I reload the page or navigate away

    When the NPS widget appears, if I reload the page or navigate away, I won't see it for another 60 days. Make it remain on the page unless the user provides a score or dismisses it manually (with the close button).

  16. Solicit feedback for a specific idea

    Allow admins to email a list of users about a specific idea. The email would include the idea details, and allow users to vote for the idea. This would allow admins to gather additional feedback from users who don't yet support their idea, and get their feedback.

  17. Make Attachments Private

    Our use case is that we’d love for users to be able to post log files to our site to help developers track down information in them related to user submissions. But, we don’t want users to have to worry about posting any sensitive information from the log file publicly. As such, we’d like something like a forum-level setting that lets users submit attachments but doesn’t display them when end users are viewing those ideas.

  20. Specify Forum Based on Where Feedback Widget is Accessed

    I'd like for the widget to be able to surface the appropriate forum, based on where our users are accessing the widget.

    For example, when a user opens the widget in our reporting page, show them the reporting forum. when they access the Widget in the integrations page, show them the integrations forum, etc.
