Populate contributor experience with all account users Currently, only contacts/email address present on the page (in the HTML/DOM) can be pre-populated.
It would be good to pull all users on the account (in SF or UV otherwise).

Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

Notification of new votes for end users Allow end-users to be notified when someone else has voted for an idea they have created, voted for, or commented on.

Profile Card with Account Name and Revenue Show a profile card when we hover the mouse over the user's name. Show the Email ID, Account Name and Revenue in the Profile Card. It will save us couple of clicks to go to Users/Accounts tab.

Edit customer requests in the sidebar I want to be able to edit captured feedback from a user in the sidebar.
Often users come back with more details, and I want to add that quickly from this sidebar, vs. having to open the idea in the forum and edit it.

Web Forum Maintains Place on the Page when Toggling Hot/New/Top When on the Web Portal, we would like to maintain our place on the page when toggling Hot/New/Top - currently the user is scrolled to the top of the page and has to scroll down again

Column for Authentication type in Users Export Provide a column in the Users export specifying which Authentication method (Facebook, Google, SSO, UserVoice - email only, UserVoice - with password) is used

Solicit feedback for a specific idea Allow admins to email a list of users about a specific idea. The email would include the idea details, and allow users to vote for the idea. This would allow admins to gather additional feedback from users who don't yet support their idea, and get their feedback.

Don't dismiss the NPS widget if I reload the page or navigate away When the NPS widget appears, if I reload the page or navigate away, I won't see it for another 60 days. Make it remain on the page unless the user provides a score or dismisses it manually (with the close button).

Make Attachments Private Our use case is that we’d love for users to be able to post log files to our site to help developers track down information in them related to user submissions. But, we don’t want users to have to worry about posting any sensitive information from the log file publicly. As such, we’d like something like a forum-level setting that lets users submit attachments but doesn’t display them when end users are viewing those ideas.

Provide default traits for users and accounts UserVoice could integrate with various data enrichment services (e.g. Clearbit) to automatically provide key data points about users who give feedback.
This would provide all customers with an easy avenue for meaningful analysis of their feedback data against key segments before they even begin passing in their own custom traits.

Default comment type to internal comment Default the comment type for admin license users to Internal Comment instead of Public Comment

A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.

Idea preview and confirmation screen prior to posting Allow users to preview the idea to confirm its contents before publishing it

Sidebar: Refresh the users found on the page When I navigate to a new page while having the sidebar open, I want the sidebar to refresh the users it has found on the page. Currently, I have to close the sidebar for it to search the page again.

Ability to reorder Roadmap columns in table view Add the ability to drag and drop roadmap columns in the order of the user's preference.

Custom branding of montly insights e-mail The UserVoice monthly insights e-mail that is sent out to our users is a bit confusing since we've white-labled the site to brand it as "our" idea site. A possibility to modify the subject and the branding of the communication would help our users to understand where this is coming from.

Allows images to be displayed on Public Status update posts We really need to be able to be able to upload screenshots on ideas that we are adding public statuses to. Some of the ideas our users submit can come across as either questions or complaints that can be answerd in detailed instruction on how to use our software accordingly. Although I add image attachements to the Public Status reply, our users don't see them in the front end.
