Submission Confirmation For Contributors As a contributor, I would like to receive confirmation that an idea I've submitted via sidebar has been created and is live in the forum.

Allow post idea widget to search across all forums The Post Idea widgets shows matching ideas based on the text a user has entered. In some cases, it would be helpful to be able to specify multiple forums or all forums to be searched instead of just one.

Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.
Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.
7 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

Have search respect localization Improve the search functionality of UserVoice!
Currently UserVoice search does not understand that color and colour is the same word.
There must be many, many examples of this.

Import and export columns should match Not all of the columns use the same values (true/false vs. yes/no) between the import and export, making it labor intensive to use them for moving suggestions between UserVoice accounts, or updating existing data

Ability to disable emails to external users Ability to disable emails to external users so that only internal (licensed) users can receive emails. Block the ability to send to external end users.

Allow users to upload their own profile pic Be given the option to upload a photo rather than having to use the gravatar service.

Customize the amount of time the "Thank you" message in the NPS widget lasts There is a "Thank you" screen that appears in the widget after you have sent a satisfaction rating.
It would be good to be able to make this screen last longer, so users don't think anything is wrong.

Give the option to remove attachments when merging We have had to do a lot of merging of our top ideas and so those ideas are getting overloaded with attachments that are very similar images.
While we can manually edit ideas to remove attachments, it would be nice if we could pick and choose which attachments were retained when we perform the merge.

Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

In the post idea widget, prompt user for category, before typing in feedback When a user opens the widget to post their idea, prompt them first to choose a category. This way the category is set prior to user entering feedback and searching for a related idea.

Ideas visible to Administrators and Contributors only Allow suggestions that are not visible by the entire public, but live in a public forum. For example, if a large partner is requesting a feature that would only be available as part of a custom agreement, and the functionality would not be for public use. It's possible to enter this idea in a seperate private forum, but would be easier to just flag the idea itself as internal only.

Be able to choose a page when navigating suggestions On a list of suggestions, could we have the possibility to choose a page and to go to the first or the last page of the list.
This would also help you keep track of where you are, in case you refresh the page you will not be taken back to page 1.

Make OpenID Connect support V2 of Azure Active Directory While UserVoice has support for OpenID Connect, this does not work with V2 of Azure Active Directory. This is problem for non microsoft businesses and MSFT consumer domains that want to use our OpenID Connect feature with Azure Active Directory.

Show sentiment score for individual pieces of feedback The Account Sentiment Report currently shows aggregate account sentiment scores based on all feedback submitted by each account. It would be helpful to also see sentiment scores for the individual pieces of feedback that make up this aggregate score.
5 votesYou can opt in to a feature called urgency scores currently in beta by visiting your settings. You can find the option by going to
Settings -> General Settings -> Ideas and look for "Urgency score on ideas and feedback."
Instead of a simple sentiment analysis, we're looking for intensity of emotion in the feedback. This may be negative (an angry user) or positive (a user telling you how much a feature change may help them) and we're displaying the results summarized across the idea, and on individual activity entries (comments, feedback).

Ability to filter the roadmap view by custom field labels such as sprint names or dates If our feature backlog gets overloaded, so to will the view for internal folks that have access to it.
It would be great if we could filter the kanban view of status columns by a custom field.

Add NPS column to the Accounts tab on the Users & Accounts page I would like to have an NPS column on the Accounts tab so that I can easily see the NPS score for each account and sort by NPS score to find unhappy accounts.
