  1. Be able to set MRR for users (not just accounts)

    Thanks for the feedback on this idea! We do not have plans to expand support for revenue on the user level and are continuing to improve the usefulness of revenue data on the account level in UserVoice.

  2. Link user to more than one Salesforce account

    The Salesforce Connector only links my Contact to one Account in Salesforce, but the Contact belongs to five different Accounts.

    Please enable association of more than one Account so that when the user votes in UserVoice, I can see all five associated Accounts from Salesforce.

  3. Activity chart of a specific user’s engagement

    When viewing a user profile, I want to see a chart of their engagement, so I can see when they were reporting important issues.

  4. Allow comments to be voted on

    I've been loving the user feedback mechanism for Adobe XD. One challenge though-- the ideas can be voted up, but the comments can't. They really try to avoid having redundant ideas, but often some of the comments will explain a nuance that really should get traction, but can get lost down in the conversation thread. It would be great if we could also vote on the comments. Maybe it wouldn't change the order because you still want the conversation thread to make sense, but just to see that other people agree with a comment would be helpful.

  6. Integrate with Bugzilla bug tracker

    Please provide a plug-in, widget, connector (you get the picture) to have suggested ideas posted to Bugzilla when they are set to planned (or other Admin trigger). key return messages (not comments as they are too common) would get posted to user voice when the ticket in Bugzilla satisfies some event (like verified, or closed when released, etc.) so that the Uservoice idea is flagged automatically.

  7. Asana Integration

    Asana is THE most awesome task management tool for teams.

    Prioritized product features in Asana could be added to UserVoice automatically, allowing users to vote, discuss, and get updates on them.

    Tickets could be posted and managed from Asana, where our team manages everything from product management, google docs, business planning, fund raising, idea boxes and a list far too long to mention here!

  10. Indicate that a suggestion was flagged by a user

    When viewing the moderation queue, it would be helpful to see a visual cue that a suggestion is in the queue because it was flagged by an end-user. This could prevent some confusion about why an idea needs moderation.

  11. Include relevant details from a location when a user reports a map issue!

    Include relevant details from a location when a user reports a map issue! -- Always someone asks us back what the street name was, the cross street info, and other information that we no longer have access to because it has been DAYS ago and we've moved on along down the road.

    IF Waze included the details &/or allowed us to "see" what we reported - even a screenshot, we might be able to provide the information you ask. However, each time I am asked that - it is like - do we have photographic memory and /or esp? Because…

  12. Filter by last updated user activity in the idea grid

    It would be great to be able to filter by user 'last updated' or new activity (ie. idea, vote, comments, rating) in the idea grid rather than having to click into filters - similar to how other columns can!

  13. Nested categories and sub-categories

    Currently we can only list one level of categories in feedback forums, which causes some confusion for our users, for example we have five categories for our Content Management System. Users prefer to have "Content Management System" at the top level then drill down to specific request i.e. "Content Management System --> Postings"

  15. Pin ideas on the forums

    Admins want to be able to pin or start specific ideas on the forum, so when users visit the web portal, they will see those ideas at the top of the forum. This lets them highlight ideas they want to collect feedback on or call out recently completed ideas they want users to see.

  16. Allow Admins to Edit End User Comments

    Admins need this ability so that they can remove any PI a user adds to their comment.

    Also, So if a customer makes a valid point in a comment but also writes something about a
    competitor, admins want to publish their comment, but remove the competitor
    info. Or if they swear in their comment, they want to edit that out. Admins currently have to reject numerous comments because I cannot edit, even if they make valid points!

    It is now possible for admins to edit end-user comments, by clicking the “pencil” icon.

  17. See the number of requests on a suggestion

    In the Feedback grid, you can see the number of comments or supporters on a suggestion.

    It would be useful for some use cases to also see the number of requests on a suggestion (could include multiple requests from the same user email address).

  18. Date field on Public Statuses so users know when an idea will be completed

    It will be useful to have a date field on public status updates stating when an idea will be completed. For example, if I apply a status "Started," I would be prompted to enter a date when the idea is expected to be completed.

    This provides a concrete date to the user and the user knows exactly when to expect the feature release.

  20. Allow accounts to require email confirmation/password for public forums

    UserVoice's default sign in on public forums does not require users confirm their email address or create a password to post ideas, vote or comment. Customers would like the option to make these a requirement.

    Hello,

    A few weeks back we updated the experience for our email authentication option.

    While passwords are no longer needed for authentication, this update does require email confirmation to authenticate into UserVoice. This is achieved by requiring users to click a link in their emails to authenticate into the application.
