Display organisation name with user name and user title When I post a comment in response to a suggestion, there is no way for the person who posted the suggestion to see on the page that I am with the Uservoice organisation who owns the forum. Displaying a 'Title' seems to be the best workaround for this now (e.g. "My Title at Organisation"). However, the ability to edit the 'Title' only exists for administrator type roles. Please allow editing of titles for all roles. Or, consider going further and developing a new feature to display an 'Organisation' name on the comment. Because users needs to be accepted…

UserVoice admin profiles can be updated to include job titles. Those titles are then displayed on all public facing communications (comments and status updates for example) sent from UserVoice.

Allow users to subscribe to suggestions I would like to be able to "star" certain suggestions that I want to remember (if I have no more votes but want to keep tabs on interesting suggestions).

Allow users to subscribe to forum updates A customer has a group of folks that visit his site and give feedback. However, they only get feedback when they are notified there is a new idea to give feedback on (more of a collaboration tool really).
Allowing users to subscribe to specific forums where new ideas are posted would greatly help in this case.

Allow customization of text on portal site/forums Not everyone wants to use words like "Contact Us", "Knowledgebase", or "Feedback" on their UserVoice site - allow customizations of at leas the major titles and buttons on user-facing portal pages.

Convert a comment to a new idea Sometimes a user will make a great suggestion as a comment on another suggestion. Often the original suggestion inspired the second which would be why it's in the wrong place.
I'd like an option added to the actions on comments to be able to turn them into suggestions

Allow users to edit their own ideas and comments As long as no one has voted/commented on my newly-created suggestion yet, I should be able to...
(1) change the title/description without restriction... if, say, 5 minutes later I think of a better one or spot a typo in it or whatever...
(2) completely delete it, no questions asked, if, say, I realize right after posting it that it was lame, or I find out it's a duplicate or whatever...

Now, they can also edit suggestions they create on the web portal.

Allow users to upload their own profile pic Be given the option to upload a photo rather than having to use the gravatar service.

view the contributions by user and the DATE of submission.
Ideal:
1. search by domain, most active contributions by email (via user or submission by our team) on top, and most voted idea.

Send auto-reply email to users who submit feedback (email receipts) Add option to give users automatic email notifications when they submit a new idea through Uservoice's feedback tool. Basically just a "thank you" message that users receive automatically after they send in an idea.
Uservoice's Helpdesk tool offers it, we'd like to see it added to feedback.

This is a great way to communicate to your users that you have received their ideas as well as set up any expectations for how you triage and manage their feedback. Go to General Settings and select Auto-reply Emails (/admin/settings/forum_autoreplies) to get started.

End users to view ideas and votes from their company Customers are asking for the ability to view all ideas and votes tied to their account because they will have multiple users who post to UserVoice without the others knowing.
If they can see what’s coming out of their organization, they can coordinate better amongst themselves and produce better quality suggestions.
Also they fear that someone within their organization might unknowingly post something sensitive about their company.

To try it out: Go to the Settings page in the web portal. At the top, you’ll see a new toggle that lets users switch between viewing their own feedback and their entire account’s feedback.
This update makes it easier for teams to stay aligned, avoid duplicate or sensitive submissions, and collaborate more effectively.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration This integration would actually be two separate components to keep your sales & support teams in beautiful harmony:
Like our other CRM gadgets, it would give you a real-time view of what information is in Microsoft Dynamics CRM about any user you look at in UserVoice include any pending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities or Tasks. This means your support team won’t be needing to give them Microsoft Dynamics CRM access.
The complementing service hook would help push information the other way. Syncing UserVoice support tickets to the correct Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cases record in real-time.

User Permissions Configuration for Internal Status Be able to set user permissions on ideas (ie. none, vote and comment, comment only, vote only) based on the internal status configuration.

User Sentiment Breakdown Enable a centralized summary view that clearly shows who supports, opposes, or is neutral on an idea, along with their reasoning captured in private feedback or comments.

Allow admins to split ideas Provide the ability for admins to take an idea that was submitted and split it into two.
The reason is because sometimes someone posts an idea that consists of two aspects, that to us, are two different ideas. Lets say we already have one feature they ask for but not another, we cannot assign the statuses to the requests properly.
When splitting, just let us pick what description text and title to put in the new ticket. I realize splitting will cost the voter more votes, but if the workaround to avoid that is let us close one of the…56 votes👋🏻 Hi Everyone -
You can now split ideas in the UserVoice admin interface. From any idea detail sheet, click the 3 dot menu at the upper right and select "Split Idea." You can also split an idea from the activity feed.
We'll create a new idea for you (you can edit the title and description of the idea) and bring over the supporters from the existing idea along with the other relevant fields.
This is really useful for:
- Taking a large idea and breaking it apart so that you can track 2 ideas separately
- If you've partially completed an open idea, create a new idea with the remaining work and close the original idea. This will let you know if the remaining functionality is nice to have or truly necessary.

Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid. Right now you can segment on the data; however, you can't see any of the data in the suggestions grid.
I understand that the suggestions' grid fields are aggregated, but it would be awesome if there was a way to pull all the data in, not just the three predefined fields, Users, Accounts, and MMR.

User and/or Account Based Note/Comments on Ideas We are looking to replace our externally managed client GAP lists with Uservoice exports.
One piece of data we need to recreate is a note/comment field. Unlike the current "Internal Notes" field, we would need to tag the note/comment to either a user or account, so that when we export the data, we can filter to only show those notes/comments that a specific account has on an idea.

Separate notifications mails for user deletion and exporting data When an end-user deletes their profile or exports their data, we send an email notification to the privacy contact containing the users who did this.
This idea is to have two separate emails - one for user deletions, and one for user exports.

Ability to create multiple roadmaps Need to have many roadmaps for different products that are externally shareable. Not just one roadmap where the user has to select filters.
