Make the Hot/Top/New tabs keyboard accessible with focus states The tabs on the topic list page are not fully accessible. Steps to replicate:
Go to UserVoice and navigate to a forum with a list of ideas.
Using the keyboard, navigate to the tabs Hot, Top, New.
Use the left/right arrow keys to move between the tabs
What we’d expect: Focus state changes as user presses left/right arrow keys
What actually happens: Focus state does not change. To move between the tabs the user needs to use the tab key on their keyboard.Go to UserVoice and navigate to a forum with a list of ideas.

Restrict UserVoice Merge Suggestions to Open Ideas Hey guys, I love your system that is suggesting merges for my ideas, but I've started to catch a few times where the algorithm is suggesting that I merge an open idea into a closed one. So for instance, 8 years ago, one of our users made a suggestion to take a specific action, which was set to "DECLINED" with a reason by our team many years ago. Recently another user made a similar request with similar wording, and your matching system tried to suggest that I should merge them together. It feels like it shouldn't be trying to…
2 votesMerge Match just got a big upgrade. You can now filter the grid to show only Ideas that have a Marge Match candidate. It will honor the filter settings to show you only applicable candidates. Filters apply to both items in the merge match pairs, so if you only want to consider Open Ideas, filter the grid by open statuses, and click the Merge Match pill - this will show you only Ideas meeting the criteria. This works for any filter settings....
You'll also notice that there is no limit to the number of merge candidates you can cycle through. Back and forward arrows will allow you to skip matches without making a decision on them.
We hope this update allows you to quickly eliminate duplicates from your list of Ideas with a lot more ease!

Email All Users in UserVoice Similar to emailing all supporters of an idea, we would like to email all users in UV to ask for more feedback. We know these users have provided feedback before, so we would like to get their input on future roadmap items, and communicate with that group as a whole

Default forum when capturing feedback in sidebar Instead of having to select any of the forums on the account, allow a forum to be set as a default per user.
2 votesThis is possible with the UserVoice Feedback Capture Chrome Extension. The last Forum/Category combo that a contributor chose will be remembered between uses, so that a default can be set or that multiple Ideas can be captured for the same area in quick succession without having to re-select the Forum/Category.

Export all users who have been active for a specific time frame Be able to export a list of users who have supported ideas, commented or created ideas in a specific time frame, so admins can measure user engagement month over month.
1 voteHi Everyone,
We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at this time.
You can use our Analysis Export to get an export of all ideas and supporters on ideas for a specific time frame, but that would not include users who commented, so not quite what you are requesting with this idea. You can learn more about the Analysis Export here: https://feedback.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1083535
Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

Allow users to view idea details and comments on the web portal without prompting to sign in Currently, when a user clicks on an idea, the page immediately jumps to the email authorization section for submitting an idea. This makes it difficult to actually read the idea itself, as the screen redirects straight to the authorization flow.
From a user perspective, this feels confusing because:
The user doesn’t get a chance to properly read the idea description or existing comments.
They’re forced to provide an email before even understanding what the idea is about.
It creates friction at a moment when the user is still in “explore/read” mode, not “submit” mode.
It would be much more intuitive…1 vote -
Admin Console to have "Users & Accounts" to the left-hand sidebar so that it's not hidden behind the "More" section Users & accounts being hidden behind "more" in the admin console can be inconvenient and it would make more sense if it was displayed directly on the toolbar

Admins can "thumbs-up" a comment One of the areas we struggle with the most is keeping up and responding to comments. One way to show customers that we 'hear' them and are considering their user comments, would be to allow admins to thumbs-up a comment so that user knows "we saw it!" Alternatively of course we can do a private reply, but would speed things up for us as admins to thumbs up a handful of comments in the activity view (and even show other commentors that NIQ is still watching an idea closely!)

Show categories even if they contain completed or no suggestions If a category in a forum on the web portal doesn't contain any open suggestions, it doesn't appear.
If a user is trying to see completed suggestions in this category (without searching) they aren't able to.

Responsive Roadmap Statuses As a user, I want the status columns to be responsive, which typically means I want it to be the full width of the page at all times, responsively changing to fit the width of the page.

Display 'Last Active Commenter' on Admin Console's Idea screen I need the Last Active User or Commenter to show on the Admin's Ideas screen. Using this and Last Updated will help me in knowing which tickets I need to respond to without having to click on each of them or having some kind of filter for "Needs response".

Use SSO options for roadmaps as authorized users For internal roadmaps, allow option to choose SSO option as authorization to view roadmap.
OR
When a site is restricted, the public roadmap that we share with users is also ideally "restricted" to only SSO users.2 votes
