  1. Ability to create multiple roadmaps

    Need to have many roadmaps for different products that are externally shareable. Not just one roadmap where the user has to select filters.

  2. Make the profanity filter apply to user names, comment urls, email addresses

    Currently the profanity filter does not apply to usernames, URLs in comments, or email addresses.

  3. See a user's NPS history, not just the current NPS score

    Would like to see NPS trend (lines) for an individual user both in the Contributor Sidebar as well as in our app (also in salesforce when UserVoice or myself plugs this data in for a contact)

    The external ID of a User or Account record is (or may not be) important information to have at-a-glance.

    Hey there, you can use the column selector dropdown to hide/display columns on the Users and Accounts page.

  5. Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards

    Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

  6. Ability to sort by votes when looking at a user's suggestions though the Users & Accounts list

    When I view a users supported suggestions through the User & Account lists I would like there to be a column so i can sort their ideas by number of votes

    Admins can sort a user’s supported ideas using the Voters column. Navigate to the Users & Accounts page > select a user > click the Ideas tab > click on the Voters column to sort their supported ideas by vote count.

  7. Allow users to search AND sort/filter ideas on the web portal

    On the front end, you can search by keyword, but you can't sort the ideas by new or hot or top. You also can't narrow your search by category.

    You can sort ideas by new, hot or top, but if you try and view ideas by categories or status, it ignores the sort option.

  8. Better auditing and bulk actions for managing users and admins

    Such as bulk block users, delete users, delete forum access/invitation, delete admins/contributors, change permissions.

    Filtering would be a plus to help with bulk actions

  10. Ability to add callback functions or eventListeners to the widget

    I want to call my own js function either before or after the user closes the widget… doesn't matter when, but I want my function to run when clicking the close button

  11. Custom data on idea votes and comments

    When a user supports, comments on and creates an idea, Product Managers need the full context on the feedback at that point in time. This can include the device and OS at the time of submission, their product version, the page they were on, screen size or other internal data points, etc.

    This data should be captured and saved against the idea so admins can see, not just who submitted/supported/commented on an idea and their traits (if they're being collected), but also important details surrounding the context of the idea.

  12. Add option to turn on users' RECEIVE COMMENT UPDATES setting by default

    In order to build up critical mass to where our UserVoice forum is really useful, it's important for our users to know that others are reading/commenting on their suggestions (otherwise they'll jsut stop making suggestions).

    Setting the RECEIVE COMMENT UPDATE on by default would really help build this critical mass.

    Yes, some people would object to the extra emails but in a small forum it wouldn't be too bad (and the users always have the ability to turn it off easily)

    Your end-users can opt-in/out of comment notifications in their profile settings. By default they are opted-out. However, a UserVoice admin can change this default behavior in “Settings – Feedback Forums – Enable comment notifications by default”. If this setting is enabled by an admin, any new end-users will be automatically opted-in to comment notifications.

  15. Be able to expire user sessions on the backend/API

    The JWT cookie is persistent. It would be good to have a way to end a user session via API on the backend and not rely on the user hitting the logout.js

  19. Add custom questions for contributors to fill out when creating an idea

    When internal team members create an idea, they only have to give a title. Often Product Teams want to ask their users for additional details and be able to make these fields required.

    This allows Product Managers to get the full details they need from users when they post an idea, and limits them needing to follow up for more information.

    We have completed the first iteration of adding custom questions while gathering feedback.

    You can now have team members using the UserVoice Feedback Extension answer custom questions while creating new Ideas. Read all the details here.

    Questions can be configured alongside Custom Fields for Ideas. We've also overhauled the Custom Fields interface for better clarity and flexibility.

    We're eager to see how you use Custom Questions so that we can extend this feature further! Let us know how it's working for you.

    Of course, we know some people would like to ask questions in the portal and widget, but we want to use this first step to get your feedback.

    If you'd like to add additional feedback about other places to use custom questions, we've split this very large idea and are capturing feedback about the portal and widget on this idea.

  20. Let admins move comments between ideas

    Sometimes end-users may leave a comment on the wrong idea, or in the wrong forum.

    Admins can recognize this and would like the ability to move a comment to the correct place on behalf of the user.
