  1. Ability to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply by Admin

    To post a reply as an admin, I click “Admin” link then click “Post Comment” or “Email Subscribers”.

    Is there a way to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply as an admin? I don’t see a button or link to add images or files to a reply.

    I know that “Attach a File” is available when a user posts a new idea (feature request or bug) for the first time. But what about an individual reply?

    When posting comments from the admin console, you now have the ability to include attachments.

    You can also now include attachment when sending internal status updates and public status updates.

    Checkout the image included with this status update.

  2. Follow updates for everything an account supports

    It would be great to follow accounts, so that when an update occurs for anything a user on an account is associated with, I can be aware as well.

    Hi everyone!

    We have added this functionality to the product. You can now follow up 1:1 with the user who creates an idea, comments on it or who had a request captured by a contributor.

    When the user replies, their reply will be captured within UserVoice as well, so you can keep the conversation within UserVoice.

  4. It would be great if I could create ideas on behalf of users

    I often get emails from users with suggestions and ideas. It would be great if I could add them to the feedback forum on their behalf (just like I can with tickets)

  6. Invite and remove users on multiple private forums at once

    Some accounts have multiple private forums and need to invite the same set of users to the forums or remove the same set of users from each forums. It would be ideal to have a way to do this for all forums at once, instead of having to go into every forum.

  9. Add a ‘User interface’ or ‘General feedback’ Category as the categories provided are too restrictive

  10. API endpoint to unassign seats

    Hello Team,

    Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

  18. Surface when a user was last autoprompted and when their next autoprompt will be

    This can go on the user's sheet. It will indicate the last date/time they were autoprompted, and when they will be eligible for the next autoprompt.

    Unauthenticated user tries to vote: When an unauth user tries to vote a small modal pops up with a login button and a message saying they will get updates for this idea.

    Unauthenticated user tries to add a comment or post an idea: When an unauth user tries to add a comment or post an idea they get a message telling them to sign in.

    Unauthenticated user tries to flag an idea as inappropriate: When an unauth user tries to flag an idea/comment as inappropriate they are taken to a new page and told to login there.

  20. Include Account Name on Activity Page

    When on Your Activity page, include the Account name when capturing feedback for a user. "You captured feedback for Jane Doe from UserVoice". Link to the Account feedback.

    Sometimes the account is more important than the person and you may forget what company that user belonged to. So this would be helpful context.
