  1. Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information

    Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
    * The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
    * The page you were on when you captured the feedback
    * The customer's name, email address, and account
    * If the user notified of the status update?

    This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.

    It would be great to see Roadmap movement like the user activity. When you click on Road map it would be helpful to see both the Roadmap itself and then an activity log of movement on the Roadmap.

  4. Support for Linking UserVoice Ideas to Multiple Azure Dev Ops Instances

    Enable linking of UserVoice Ideas to multiple Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instances. Under this design you would be able to select one of a predefined set of valid ADO instances, and then enter the ADO Work Item ID.

    There could be an option to define a 'default' ADO instance, where you simply need to enter the Work Item ID as per current functionality. If you want to enter a ADO Work Item ID for another ADO Instance, you would need to override the default ADO Instance to specify which (alternative) instance you want and then enter the ADO Work…

  5. Be able to import NPS scores with a CSV

    You can use the API to import NPS scores, but not all teams want to do this. Ideally, there would be a way to import NPS scores and qualitative feedback from a CSV file, like you can with user and account traits.

  6. Remove flags from flagged ideas when they are no longer needed.

    Hi there,

    The new ability for users capturing Feedback to flag an idea as important is awesome! It would be great if we could extend this functionality in a couple of ways:

    1. Add ability for admin users to remove flags once they have served their purpose.
    2. Add the ability for admin users to set this flag on ideas already submitted for internal communication processes.

    Hello!

    A couple weeks back we introduced a feature called “Clear Flag” that allows users to remove a flag from an idea when it is no longer needed. This new feature is easily found when reviewing notes left on any flagged ideas.

    Additionally, this idea had two separate and very good ideas that we have not yet built features for: allowing admins to flag ideas from the admin console and allowing admins to get notified via email when an idea has been flagged as important.

  7. Allow to assign tags to users

    Users are different, and we’d like to distinguish them more directly in UV with tags: mark some as 'a useful contributor', 'a specialist in a particular topic', 'probably a bot', 'a rude but insightful user'...

  8. Ability to push a custom email from the contributor console and sidebar when capturing an idea or piece of feedback.

    When capturing feedback on behalf of a prospect or user, I'd like to have the ability for the option to have control of an email notification on save. This way when I capture the feedback I can immediately message the prospect or user that their feedback has been captured and have additional context/control over the communication.

  11. allow users to export CSV of their own feedback from the "my feedback" tab

    Currently a user can see all of their feedback by clicking the "My feedback" option on the side menu. This feedback is spread across multiple pages and the user is unable to sort the feedback. Please allow the user to export this list of feedback into a CSV so that they can view it all on one page and sort by category, forum, etc.

    Hey there! When a user goes to their Settings on the web portal (same page containing "My feedback"), they will have an option to export all of their data. This will send the user CSVs of all their data related to their participation within UserVoice.

  13. Add Column Sort to all columns

    make all columns sortable in Users, Accounts and Ideas. For example, on the Suggestions page, several columns have ability to sort, but not Labels. On the Users page, can click to sort by Last Active Date but not User Type or Account. Please make all columns sortable.

  14. feedback-collection widget in-app but that can be customized and user-tagged as regarding specific functionality

    I want a button that floats in the same place on every page in my app that, upon click, loads content specific to that page, and allows users to submit feedback on specific functionality so that individual teams can easily monitor feedback for only the features they're working on.

    I also want a button that users can click that puts the app in a help-mode of sorts wherein floating buttons are revealed that are effectively "show me how this works and tell me everything I need to know in order to use it effectively" buttons—even if that includes…

  15. Remember what page I was on even after I refresh the page

    For example, If the user is look ideas 161 through 180 on the idea grid. After refresh, they should remain on that page as opposed to being kicked back to page 1 (ideas 1 - 20).

  17. Ability to Batch/Bulk update ideas by Feature

    We would like to batch/bulk update linked ideas as the Feature moves through the Roadmap to keep our users updated.

    Currently we need to open each idea individually and update. This is especially problematic since there is not a link to the linked ideas if there aren't comments, so we have to search to find them, and update individually.

  19. Allow post idea widget to search across all forums

    The Post Idea widgets shows matching ideas based on the text a user has entered. In some cases, it would be helpful to be able to specify multiple forums or all forums to be searched instead of just one.

  20. Add custom questions when creating an idea on the portal/widget

    When a user goes to create an idea, they only have to give a title. Often Product Teams want to ask their users for additional details and be able to make these fields required.

    This allows Product Managers to get the full details they need from users when they post an idea, and limits them needing to follow up for more information.
